If you book a consultation the tattoo artist never shows up they don't open on time and the people in the front are really rude and seem to not even want to be doing tattoos

The guy that was at the door today Friday the 13th was very rude I had my granddaughter we were not going to go in with her and we had called before to see of a certain tattoo that we wanted and they said they would be able to do it I will never ever go there again he must be the manager or the owner but he was very rude bad customer service..
