I got pierced at the Rolling Oaks location yesterday and had a not so great experience with the piercer there. I decided to drive the 30 mins to this location to talk with their other piercer, Angela, about some concerns I was having. She cleaned my piercings for free and checked them out to make sure they were all good. She went over aftercare with me and recommended products to use to clean the piercings. She is now who I will be going to for my future piercings. 10/10 recommend. :)

I went in to get a tattoo from tony , we had been messaging back & forth about him doing a portrait tattoo of my mother . Being that I live an hour away from this shop . I called over 15 times & no one ever bothered answering the phone . Tony had told me last night over the phone that he would be able to do my tattoo today & that he was going to draw the portrait over night so we can be ready for today . He admitted to me that he had a few appointments today but that he would be able to do my tattoo . I drove an hour away after calling over 15 time & never got an answer on the shop phone . I get there to find out tony didn’t even bother drawing my moms portrait & that he couldn’t do my tattoo because he had other business even tho he had already told me over the phone the day before that we would be able to do business. You can’t believe anything this man says because he can’t remember anything he has said . Wasted 2 hours of my time on the road to come home disappointed

I got my naval piercing at the shop in Ingram around a year ago. It all seemed fine but I noticed my piercing was a little off. I went in today and they admitted that they did not grab enough skin so the piercing looks heavy. They told me I should come back and get it done again but had such an “I don’t care” attitude and even pointed fingers. They were very unprofessional and laughed at me saying it’s my fault for signing a waiver. I wouldn’t trust them to give piercings to anyone.

Can't thank Joseph and Tony enough. Went in for my UVALDE STRONG TATTOO ($50) came out perfect. Just like the beautiful babies we lost. Texas and Uvalde strong. SO I FOUND ME A NEW TATTOO ARTIST BECAUSE I'VE HAD A TATTOO ARTIST SINCE 2014 OVER THERE WHERE THE THE ALAMO DRAFTHOUSE USED TO BE NEXT TO HEB IN RED LOBSTER IN JACK IN THE BOX ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY WELL HE'S DONE ALL MY TATTOOS SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE BUT WHEN I FINALLY WENT TO GO CHECK ON HIM AND SEE WHAT WAS UP AND BUY SOME PIERCINGS I FOUND OUT HE MOVED TO HOUSTON SO MY FIANCE INTRODUCED ME TO THIS MAN CUZ HE'S DONE ALL HER TATTOOS AND NOW LIFETIME CUSTOMER BIG OR SMALL COMPROMISE ALL YOU CAN DO IS ASK ALL YOU CAN SAY IS NO BUT YES COOL CLOTHING GREAT PERSONALITY THE MAN THE OWNER HE IS AWESOME I LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING IN MY NEXT TATTOO

Got my belly button pierced here a couple days ago and I love it! The guy who pierced it (sorry I didn’t get your name) did an amazing job and it was quick and barely hurt! He also thoroughly explained aftercare, and gave me some advice about my cartilage piercings. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again!❤️

If you're interested in a piercing here good freaking luck. Dude at the counter has no customer service skills, walked in I said hello no response, asked if they were doing piercings and was told "not today" okay well how about you try bringing business in an letting me know when piercings are available again instead of short ended answers like I'm the inconvenience to you. The owner should try hiring people who want to bring in money for them. Haven't been here since 2016 when i got my first tattoos done by Miguel and it was a lot better, but now it's not even worth walking in.
