I was a walk-in and had my septum piercing done here by Dave. I highly recommend him and the shop! Very professional, CLEAN, and thorough. Answered all questions and walked through every step of the way. He was so quick it really didn’t hurt that much. He gave me solution to clean the piercing, which no other shop has ever done. Can’t recommend this place enough!

SMTM is hands down my favorite place in Texas to get any type of body modification. Dave and his team are a blast to work with and you know that they’re going to clean, professional, and trustworthy. I’ve gotten work from multiple artist and most recently one of his guest artists for May the 4th. Their COVID protocols makes you feel safe and worry free and you can tell that they take pride in having a clean place of business. The tattoos are always on point and the jewelry selection is fantastic. Plus it’s worth a visit just to see all the amazing props and memorabilia. This is definitely the tattoo shop your looking for!!

I have never been to a tattoo shop before, so I was a bit nervous. Everyone I've talked to is friendly and helpful. I've only gone for piercings. Kaley is the best! She is so helpful and cares!! I won't go anywhere else!! Thank you guys for being awesome!!

Weirdest experience at a tattoo shop I've ever had. I have several, my husband has several. Been getting them done past 20 years. We called this place when we had a dear friend in town who wanted to get something specific done. The man on the phone was kind, told us to come in the next day. We went in, and there was a different man working behind the counter. We showed him pictures of what she wanted and the style she wanted it done in. He literally told us if we didn't have a drawing of exactly what we wanted he couldn't do it. To clarify, she asked him if she needed to find an artist to draw it prior to coming and he told her yes, she did. He said he didn't have a computer and could only trace. We had so little confidence in the shop at that point we just left. But vision, artistry, and talent did not appear to be present. Two stars only because initial man on phone kind. Otherwise, I've had tattoo artists for 20 years that listened, created, and produced beautiful tattoos without just tracing. :(

My cousin and I got our nose pierced, Dave definitely knew his stuff and also made us feel comfortable. He took the time to explain to us the dos and donts and how to care for our piercing properly. Will definitely be going back when I decide to get another!!

Johnny is one of the most remarkable artists I have seen. His detail and skill is impeccable. I have received 4 tattoos from Johnny and I receive compliments on them all the time. His style is very unique and admirable. I recommend going through his flash as well if you are not sure what to get! Great guy and great artist. Highly recommend

My first experience at the shop was to get 'Angel Bites' piercings. I was greeted when I walked in which doesn't always happen at other shops I've been to. John, the owner of the shop pierced me. I'm so glad I decided to get these piercings! He did great! & a few months after, went back to get a 'Micro Dermal'.. It's been a while now, & I've had no problems with my piercings and absolutely love all three. Now his work, is really something else.. Mind blowing! He has a unique style that stands out from other artists. Although I don't have any of his work on my body yet, I soon plan to go get some work done as well as more piercings!
