I got my fingers tattooed here a few months ago. I couldn’t recommend this shop more. The tattoo artists are sweet and incredibly talented. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted, even though the placement was a little tricky. In addition to tattoos, Dave, the piercer, is phenomenal. He did a gorgeous vertical bridge on my fiancé and made sure it was perfect and straight. The shop is clean and incredibly welcoming, and I couldn’t be happier with the work I’ve seen come out of the shop. I would absolutely return for my future tattoos and piercings.

I have been going here for years, and I always have a great experience. Dave's shop is simply incredible - the tattoo artists are friendly and really work with you on your design. Dave himself is the best piercer around and the selection of jewelry is top notch: lots of straightforward options for new piercings: studs, hoops, bars in multiple metal colors, and a few with a little sparkle (I have matching in each tragus and they look great!). The jewelry for existing piercings includes a huge range of plugs, from simple bold to intricate. The barbells and huggies have really gorgeous options in multiple metals and some beautiful semi-precious stones.
Overall it's just perfect: friendly, fun, and everyone there is super knowledgeable. Dave makes everyone feel comfortable and not nervous. He was fantastic when my 10 year old got her ears pierced - very calm and straightforward, and that immediately helped ease any anxiety she had.
And FWIW, the lobby is a museum-quality collection of art, curios, and all manner of things from the sci-fi film canon. It's like an Easter egg hunt - you realize the shiny brass key is from the Fifth Element, there's an Alien facehugger on top of a display cabinet, and those paper documents on the wall are actually Harry Potter scripts signed by the three main actors! It's incredible just to take in all of it. You can see there is a lot of passion and love put into the shop; that just makes the whole experience even better.

Love this place! Would 1000% recommend for piercings. Dave and Kaley are fantastic; I've gotten 5 different piercings done with them. Very professional, clean, and informative. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

After reading the reviews i see that the owner dave always has an excuse as to why something went wrong. He tell everyone that reviews him bad that they have made a mistake on the place of business , as they “Stand by thier work “ i would not recommend going to this tattoo shop for piercings or tattoos .all the good reviews im sure are either friends or people that are close trying to build up there shop ,I now see why they are called unprofessional and rude. Criticism is a good thing but one who can not take criticism needs it the most !!!

This place is AMAZING! Absolutely the best place to get a piercing in San Marcos and the greater Austin area. Kaley was such an amazing and professional piercer - a great reflection of the entire shop. I seriously don’t understand how there are any reviews less than five stars for this shop. If you need a piercing done, ask for Kaley!!!
