Tried going for a piercing. Was told told to come in on Sunday, which they are closed. I thought that was weird. Sure enough, I get there and nobody is there and nobody answers. My time is valuable so I’ll be going elsewhere.
Edit: They called me right back and resolved my issue in a professional manner which I absolutely respect. Now I’m a happy customer.
