I had a piercing done by Ash, and I had the best experience ever! Ash was very educated and answered all of my questions with patience. She made me feel extremely comfortable even though I was nervous. The rest of the staff was great and very friendly. Plus they run such a clean shop-- I can't stress that enough! I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking to get work done.

I must say my experience at this shop was amazing. The first time i went in was to get a piercing by Ashley. She was very sweet and explained everything to me from the process of the piercing, jewelry and healing process. She made me feel extremely comfortable. The next time i went in was to get a cover up from J Pruett and i have zero complaints. He was professional and always made sure i was alright during the session. I will definitely be going back to this shop for more work. The overall atmosphere of the shop was welcoming in my opinion.

This was my first time getting a tattoo so I was really nervous. Bo was extremely nice and patient I loved that he explained the process and talked me through it as we went through it. Definitely made it easier and more calming. I gave him some ideas for the piece I wanted and he incorporated all of them into a beautiful piece. They really do put their customers first. I just loved the experience I will definitely be going back in the near future for more work. Thank you again! ❤️

These wonderful folks were able to get my daughter in at the last minute for a mom & daughter tattoo session. I’m a nurse and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and their attention to detail. Hunter was really great with my daughter- she was very anxious. Staff was amazing. It was like one big family. BO was my tattoo artist a d let me tell you, he is AMAZING!! I went on on Saturday 8-4-19 around 3pm and got 2 tattoos..His work is amazing! I got my tragus pierced here today and Bo was just wonderful. He was extremely kind and patient and explained everything clearly. I’ve gotten my ear pierced here before and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again. They are so friendly and clean and I never feel judged or out of place when I visit. I really appreciate everything they do to make sure their customers are as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough nice things about Royal Ave. they really are my favorite tattoo and piercing shop.
