e and my friend had appointments for a belly button piercing at 12. We got there at 12 just to be looked at like we were crazy because we were there at 12 for our appointments. They then informed us that they open at 12 but don’t do anything until 1. So we came back at 1 to be told that “actually we won’t have a piercer until 4” they didn’t call us or anything. Very unprofessional and unkind.

Went in for nipple piercings and was nervous as all hell.
Macy (uncertain of spelling) greeted me with a "flat affect" which put me off but I was goal oriented. Turns out she is very sweet. Super fast, no pain associated with the experience at all so far. I am so happy with her skill! Having been my first ever piercing experience I would, and without question reccommend firing line tattoo for piercings! She even let me use her room to calm a panic attack, an issue I deal with daily. What a great experience!

I went to get my snake eyes pierced, he didn’t use a clamp and it was crooked. Asked if he was experienced Bc this is an exotic piercing and he claimed he had been doing it for 20 years. Even all the other guys at the shop agreed it was crooked and he continued to just say it was just my tongue. Will not be going back here ever.

Mikey and brandon have both done work on me and are amazing. There is another guy there named David that did a cover up for my husband and he was great as well. They also keep everything very clean which is a plus.
