Best piercing experience ever!! Dylan is absolutely the best in the business will only be going to him from here on out nothing but good vibes and amazing customer service today!! Took my daughter to get her helix done and he made sure she wasn’t any kind or nervous and he took care of my nose while there absolute awesome first piercing experience for my daughter!! He’s very knowledgeable at what he does and absolutely loves his job and customers if your looking for piercings in Tyler go see Dylan!!

I’m really not sure that I can say enough great things about Dylan but I’ll try.
Tonight we took our 5 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. It was what she asked for for her birthday and she was so excited. From the moment we got there Dylan was super upbeat and so excited we were there. He was so great with us. He took his time explaining to us and our daughter what he was going to be doing every step of the way and after care steps. The shop was super clean and just a fun atmosphere. Dylan went out of his way to be sure we were comfortable and even played my daughters favorite song while he was piercing her ears. Y’all, my FIVE year old never flinched, complained or cried a single year. It was ALL smiles the whole time! 10/10 recommend for sure. Over all it was absolutely a 5 star experience for all of us! Thank you, Dylan Gibson! We will be back again!

I was absolutely terrified going to get my nose pierced, but walking into the shop the energy from Dylan was beyond words! I recommend him x1000 all my fears went away he's so amazing at what he does! Didn't even hurt. Dude you rock!!

Dylan is literally the chillest, friendliest guy I’ve ever met. I came in looking for a matching nostril piercing and this dude gets out the measuring tool and gets it down to the literal millimeter.
If you want someone who has a true love & passion for their craft, this is the one!

Dylan did my daughter's tongue piercing today, and may I just say that he is awesome! She didn't even feel it when he put the needle in. He sterilizes everything. He even requests that you come back in a specified time for a follow up. He kept us laughing the whole time we were there and made us feel welcome, even my elderly mother. I would definitely recommend Dylan for all of your piercing wants/needs. 5 stars for sure!

I called about getting my venom piercings done and could feel his positive great energy through the phone and then when I got to the shop I knew I made a great decision with my piercer. He was more excited about it than I was! He was very comforting and asked me if I was okay several times throughout the piercing process he took his time and did an amazing job. I will only be going here from now on. Also he has the prettiest and REAL jewelry I’ve ever seen in a shop. All around great place
