This place was amazing! Lupe dude did an amazing job! The other tattoo artist were awesome as well, super friendly, professional and welcoming!!! Impressive place indeed! Can't wait to get more work done here! 👍

I got my nipples pierced and it was SO fast and they are BEAUTIFUL! The last studio I went to made them quite crooked and bled so much so after a few years I finally came here and they are straight, not painful, fast, and no bleeding!!! I am SO FREAKING HAPPY to have them pierced again and CORRECTLY! THNAKYOU SO MUCH! The inside was very clean and from start to finish it was 10 minutes at MAX. If I ever have the opportunity to come back for San Antonio I will be very sure to schedule something here for my next visit in the area because, of course, one piercing isn't enough 😌

Rude,rude,rude...went in to ask about a tattoo and before we even got to describe what kind of tattoo one guy said he didn't have time and didn't wanna talk. Guess they don't need business right now. I do not recommend them, go somewhere else.

Nick was awesome! Very professional and took his time with high quality work. My daughter and I had back to back tattoos done by him and he took his time on each of them without us feeling rushed out the door. I would highly recommend him.

Ok lets talk. In San Antonio there are ALOT of tattoo shops and how can anyone know which one is really good? Their business residency is one way. How long have they been around. Well ArcAngel has been in San Antonio over 20 years! Anthony is the owner and he loves his family and San Antonio 1000 percent. He lives for Art. He travels the world just to do this one passion he loves! That means a lot to me if I am putting art on my body to express myself. Get it?! Everybody wants cheap tattoos but you don't go cheap on several things in your life- not on a doctor, lawyer, the family car nor the tattoo artist when its forever! That is just me. You pay for quality. Period. Check them out when you get serious about a tattoo. God Bless!

Loved how Don took care of my daughter and I while we got piercings. He took the time to explain everything and made sure to let us know to call if we had any questions. I was anxious for this piercing after a bad experience last year in Colorado and this time has been great. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this establishment!!

I came in a couple months ago to get a Medusa piercing. Everything was fine and professional until after the piercing. I checked it out in the mirror.. the ball sit nicely on top, but when I smiled the back was showing below my lip. I brought this to my piercers attention, he stated “no one smiles like that” ? Which made no sense, but it was also crooked, he stated it’s due to the swelling. It’s been about 3 months, swelling is down, and obviously it’s still crooked and sticks out when I smile. I love this piercing, but hate the lack of care regarding my concerns.

Do NOT get pierced or tattooed here!! I have gone to Arc Angel on two occasions for piercings. The first time I went for my vertical industrial and they did not provide any information on aftercare or which sprays to use and then after doing my own research and getting it cleaned it got infected a week later because they used a piercing with nickel after I told him I was allergic to it. A year later I went back and got my septum pierced and it was infected within days of getting it pierced. There was an odor and symptoms of an infected piercing. I also asked how much it would be for a chandelier piece and he said $400-$500!! I went to a new tattoo place down the street next to On the Grind and the lady said she'd do it for $200! She's owned her own studio for 10 years and the guy that owns that store is a famous tattoo artist that's done famous people.
