Great Artists Honest Walk-ins

I've been coming to this tattoo shop for 2 years and I love the work their artists do and are almost always taking walk-ins. They are very honest in telling you how well a tattoo will look in a particular location. There have been a couple of times where I've had them say if a tattoo will look good or not based on the placement.

Poor Customer Service Rude Staff Stereotyping

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! Walked in to discuss getting a tattoo. We had ideas in hand. When we first walked in, 3 guys were just sitting around and no one acknowledge us. One of the waiting customers had to go behind the counter and get someone's attention. Soon as we started to explain what we where looking for, he instantly stopped us and said, you're gonna need images... I was thrown, but said, cool... let me get them. Come back in, we had a different artist talking. It felt like, he just blew us off (the first point of contact guy). So, talking to the second guy, trying to explain our ideas, and he immediately goes into "that's not gonna work!" This second guy, I was able to get his name and it was Nick. Very rude, short in responses, no listening skills, and poor customer service. We are not new to getting tattoos, however we go to "professionals" to kinda guide us in the right direction. If the vision a customer has, doesn't aesthetically makes sense, I feel you as the artist, should make it make sense....

Lastly I felt we were stereotyped and they thought we didn't have to money... 1. We're black 2. We're women 3. They felt we couldn't afford it. I will NEVER come here and do business with this POOR customer service facility...

Unsanitary Poor Service

I got my Tragus pierced here twice. The piercer Don charged $30. The first time he took me back right away and the second time there was a little bit of a wait because Don was working on a tattoo. As soon as he takes you back he marks the ear and doesn’t ask whether or not you like the placement. The earring was not sanitized when he pierced my ear. The earring came from a plastic tackle box with all of the other earrings the shop uses for piercings. A piercer should ALWAYS sanitize an earring before piercing your ear. Since this was my first piercing I wasn’t aware of how bad it is that they did not sanitize. My Tragus piercing got extremely infected, swollen, and I got bumps on the front and back of my piercing.

Rude Staff Poor Customer Service Overpriced

I went there to get my friend a tattoo and to say the least, They were very rude and pushy and shot down my own tattoo ideas. They made me reluctant to speak up about what I want tattood on my own body through there sheer rudeness and arrogance to the point I refused getting tattooed and left, paying an 80$ charge just to sit and get rudely condescended to. I wouldn’t recommend a tattoo here unless you enjoy rudeness.

Poor Service Bad Piercing

I went in to get an industrial piercing. I arrived about 10 mins after they opened. I walked in expecting to be greeted at the front desk only to stand there for about 10 min while they dealing with shop stuff (I guess). I was on the verge of leaving and then, finally, a woman greeted me and said she would be with me in a moment. She was very polite and apologized for the wait. Once was finally being helped, I spoke to a man to told me it would be $50 for the piercing and asked if I wanted to get it done right then. I asked him if there would be space for an industrial and assured me there was. I was prepared to do it and went for it. He took me back and cleaned my ear where it was going to be pierced. He marked it and before I knew it the needle was in my ear and it was done. I was never asked if the postion was good or to check it out before he pierced it. When I was done, I paid at the front desk and was given a paper on how to care for it. I got home washed out and looked at it. The bar pretty much ran horizontal across the top of my ear. It seemed too high up because the bar was touching the inside of my ear. I went back the same day and asked about it. I was told the because of the shape of my ear that this was the only way to do it. Fast forward to 2 days later, my ear was painful beyond the normal fresh piercing pain. The bar was digging into the middle of my ear causing my whole ear to hurt. I went to another shop for a second opinion. The piercer agreed that the placement was too high and that's why it was digging into my ear. It needed to be taken out. So, now I'm out $50 and left with two holes that need to heal. From my experience, I do not recommend getting pierced at this shop.

Amazing Line Work Great Color Artistry Masterpiece New Life

Nick did the most amazing line work and color on a 13 year old tattoo that I had done out of state. His artistry created a masterpiece from a sad example of a Gerbera daisy. This is my second tattoo from this studio and will always be my only choice here in Texas. Thank you for bringing new life to my garden!

Bad Customer Service Overpriced

I got my first piercing here, now several yrs and piercing later went to them again. February of this yr. I got "Spider bites done there it was a reasonable price of $45. I took them out, and they closed... So today I call back to see if there open, and ask a price. The guy who answered the phone didn't know a price or what a "SPIDER BITE" piercing was, he informed me that is was $60. This is not a high end 5 star joint either, the wait is ridiculous. So I've gotten several piercing and the lip is pretty basic, $60 they don't even give you after care anything. Nope, I'll pass.. This place is a joke
