My wife and I both recently got matching tattoos and they didn't make us fill out paperwork. And after they did mine we had to leave the room so the guy could "clean up". Never heard of that before, didn't see them change the needles etc in front of us. My wife is still tender from it and where she got her tattoo is really red, purple and is past the time to be red etc. She's never had this happen before and it looks awful her arm.

Aaron did an amazing job on my son's tattoo. So much so, we drove 8 hours from Arkansas to have him do the work. I will be back soon to have Aaron do some artwork for me as well. If you're in the area, even if you not, stop by Top Tattoo and speak with Aaron! He's great! Thanks Aaron!!

Huge shout out to Aaron and the front desk dude(sorry bro bad with names) was easy to schedule, very clean, relaxed environment and awesome art. I gave Aaron a idea of what I wanted and he took it and came up with a even better design then I could imagine. The guys a professional! Highly recommend! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Been coming to these guys even prior when Aaron worked at Primal. Known these guys since we were kids pretty much. Never any issues with the quality of work by any of the guys. Trust me also when I say that this is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I know that the shop owners wouldn't have it any other way. The shop is impeccably clean and pristine. The best tattoos I have are from the artists here at this shop. It's really the best place in Victoria to get tattoos. They do not offer piercings BTW this is strictly a tattoo shop. If you're in the market for some tattoos - call Top Tattoo you won't be disappointed. 💜

My wife got a tattoo a year ago and the artist (Aaron) was so heavy handed that even after a year the tattoo is still causing trouble. It has scarred up tremendously and til this day it still has not healed up properly. I’ve never seen a tattoo be like this after this long.
