Best experience ever! Everyone there was so welcoming and amazing. The vibe of the shop is so great and I absolutely loved it. I got my daith pierced, and the process was so quick and nice. Everything went extremely well. I was pierced by Katelynn, who was so beyond amazing. She explained things so well and did such a good job. Kenna, at the front desk, was so amazing and kind as soon as I walked in the door. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you want a fun and awesome experience! The piercing looks amazing too! 🖤

I recently got my nose pierced by Katelyn. She did an amazing job. She was so kind and was really conscious when doing my piercing. When I first arrived to the shop I walked in and was not even acknowledged by the owner. This ruined my whole experience. The way that she treated myself along with my piercer was uncalled for and completely unacceptable. She yelled at the piercer in front of me and a few other customers and it was extremely uncomfortable. I think this shop would benefit from new management. I will never promote a shop that tears their staff down, along with making customers uncomfortable. Reading the replies to these reviews validates the management problems.

I was so scared of getting my second lobe piercing. But the atmosphere and staff were so kind and wonderful. My piercer did a FANTASTIC job and I am obsessed with my new piercings. I highly recommend them!
