Lack of service and can talk to my Artist and speak to her at all . and very body. And the people there don’t give a care and I can’t do Business with them and I have been there before and Even know they have my paperwork. That they do want do anything with me. Even know that, I try to get a nether tattoo. And they don’t want to do anything. And also there is a lady there and I don’t know her name . That she didn’t understand me. And I try to talk and she didn’t speak English that well. So she doesn’t understand what I’m talking about. So anyway that I will never be back , This is a Poor service I never have in my life. Even know that I have been there before. And even know that I can’t speak to my Artist about . So anyway That even do business. I will never be back . And you think that you have a best shop ever . I will say that you suck😡😡😡I’m sorry I will never be back

This place was neat!! Nice decorations, very safe and clean piercing. I would give 5 starts, but it was kind of expensive ($70 for two regular earlobe piercings). I lost part of the earpiece, and they helped me and gave me a replacement 😅

Raina is phenomenal. She incorporated all my idea into the tattoo I wanted and she was thorough and fast. Super clean and organized and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I am super happy with the experience and my new gorgeous tattoo.

I’ve always had a good experience here!! They’re so helpful, I’ve gotten a couple different piercings and they’ve helped me change out jewelry even on ones they didn’t do, and they take time to just be super nice people. Also they shared their Crumbl cookies with me, so that was the cherry on top. They’re so great.

I got a tattoo here 3 weeks ago and the dang thing is half worn off already! Not only did we have to wait 2 hours for our appointment. Only to be told that our "bright colorful unicorn" artist would only let us pick two colors. So I asked about a different tattoo... Oh ya that's easy... Well, obviously not when nobody can tell what it is and 3 weeks later I'm already having to pay to get it fixed!! Don't trust your skin to this!!!

Update: I love my work from E! The environment is professional, clean, and artistic! A year later, lines still look fresh and clean. He takes his time to provide quality art. People often ask me where I get my tattoos done. Excited for future pieces planned. He designs well.

Very happy with my experience. Got a small floral tattoo by Edson. The piece I picked was simple, and he added delicate details which I appreciated. Good atmosphere and friendly people. Definitely will be a returning customer!

Samara is so amazing! I came in to get my nose pierced, and even though I was nervous and new to this whole thing, she treated me so nice and made me feel so comfortable! She was very clear with aftercare instructions and so so helpful! Will definitely be going to see her for all future piercings!
