We made an appointment two weeks out for three of us to get similar tatoos. Day of, we go for our appointment and they don't have us listed. Come to find out that the OWNER was the one to take the appointment and he was in FL for the day we scheduled. One of the other artists tried to squeeze us in before another appointment, but it was not possible. Two stars because The two artists there and were really kind, but i can't believe the owner would do that!

I have gotten several tattoos and several different shops and Empire is hands down my favorite by far. Keircy absolutely KILLED IT and brought my ideas to life in the most beautiful way. The shop was clean and welcoming and everyone was friendly. Like I said I have tons of tattoos and would recommend Empire above any other shop!!

I’ve gotten two tattoos so far at Empire! Both times were with different artists (Keircy and Raina) and they were both so cool and took their time to make sure everything was quality. They also make you feel really comfortable and welcome. Go check them out!!!

E is a beyond amazing tattoo artist. He is so flexible with scheduling and his shop has an extremely welcome environment. My tattoos always turn out better than I could ever imagine and he has very reasonable prices He is the only person I have gone to for tattoos for over a year and I don’t plan on changing that any time soon. All my friends I’ve brought to his shop are blown away by his work every time. I will always recommend to go see E, you will not be disappointed.

Took my 9-year-old there to get her ears pierced. The girl that did the piercing was very professional and sweet, she made my daughter feel comfortable and even put on a cartoon movie for her. She explained the process thoroughly and explained the after care.

My first experience here was great, I had Raina and she did a beautiful floral piece for me, but then I tried to schedule another appointment a few months later and it was such a hassle.
I tried to book directly with her, but didn’t get responses very timely and then when I thought I was booked I messaged her the day of and was told she didn’t schedule it. Then I messaged the tattoo shop directly to schedule because I was told that was the best way to get an appointment. Let me tell you it’s definitely not. I was cancelled on an hour before the appointment due to a family emergency which I understand , so I was asked to reschedule which I did. Well then I arrived at the appointment time I had been rescheduled for and was told I didn’t have an appointment and would need to reschedule again. After three times of being flaked on I am really frustrated and wouldn’t recommend this shop due to their unprofessionalism in scheduling and communication.

Words cannot explain how grateful I am for going to this place instead of my past tattoo parlor. Keircy was absolutely amazing. I got a tattoo to memorialize my aunt and she went above and beyond my expectations. She not only commemorated her memory in the tattoo but also did an amazing job with making me feel comfortable.

This place is amazing. They are very professional and friendly. The shop is really clean and they are very sanitary when doing your tattoo. E has done all four of my tattoos. His art work is phenomenal. I love how he takes you serious and really takes your fears into consideration. Tattoos don't just wash off and he knows that. I would trust E with any tattoo.

I went and got a helix piercing and they were professional and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The piercer gave me information about how to take care of it and keep it clean. Will definitely go back if ever in town!
