The lady (the OWNER, mind you) did not confirm the spot i want the piercings and pierced through existing piercings but just off center enough to break new skin, just creating a bigger hole. When I told her thats not what I asked for she said she would redo them in a few days for “free”, as if i hadn’t literally paid for the thing she messed up??? when i came to have her fix them she pierced the correct area, but they are not as even as i would like which is very disappointing for $80. She did not give me after care instructions or a refund, and this place also does not provide any sample of aftercare cleaning solution. They only accept cash or venmo, and i think i would be happier getting my piercings at claires.

Love the atmosphere of this tattoo shop! I went in for a simple star tattoo on my face and the tattoo artist that did my tattoo was amazing! She made sure that I was comfortable with the size of the star.
The staff is very friendly...

Keircy did an amazing job on my tattoo. She was very kind, quick, and thorough. She was patient even when I kept asking her to move the stencil. 10/10 highly recommend. Will 100% be going back

Empire Tattoo was very easy to contact and schedule an appointment with. We met with Raina and she did an excellent job drawing the tatoo placing it and the finished product is exactly what we wanted. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the building is easy to find. 5/5 would recommend.

Katelynn pierced me and my mom’s nose today! we both got studs and literally the best service, she was so sweet and talked through what she was going to do and did it quick and easy it was very sanitary and i completely recommend! I love it so much

Samara pierced my ears in May, and it was the BEST experience. I had my ears pierced when I was young, and I wanted a second lobe piercing. I was nervous and she explained everything to me, making me feel super comfortable. She wasn’t working here at the time, but when I get another piercing I will definitely go back to her.

I got my ears pierced here by one of the owners—i believe her name was morgan?, she was rude and disrespectful from the very start. She did not know what she was doing & my ears rejected the piercings she did. I would have gotten better results through walmart or claire’s. She was also VERY demeaning and rude to the other girls in the shop. I don’t know how this shop is open an running—i would never recommend this place.overall a super bad experience and will not be returning

I love Empire Tattoo!! Keircy gave me the prettiest flower tattoo on my back. SO talented. I’m obsessed with it and she is so much fun! Heading back in a few days for my second one by her and many more to come!
