Me and my mom went in to get our tattoos together, the guy that did them was Joe. He did an amazing job and meet us feel comfortable and welcome the whole time. We will definitely be back for many more. I also got my belly button pierced by Cameron and he also was very helpful and professional.

I brought my daughter to get a double upper lobe and a helix piercing. Cameron was great ! He was very informative and talked her through every step. I was VERY impressed. My daughter was so happy that she is already planning on going back to get a few other piercings :)

staff was very nice to me and my friend. We went in and we got taken care of right away. the piercing process is super easy and he makes sure everything’s perfect for you. piercings are also super cheap. 25$ for a helix. i will definitely be coming back here when i get another piercing!

after dealing with a bad piercing experience at another shop, i was on the market for a new piercer. after three days of getting frustrated by shop after shop not knowing the next time their piercer would even be in, my coworker recommended i check out black bird and i couldn’t be happier that she did. I was in and out in 10 minutes, everything here was very clean, he very thoroughly explained aftercare, he gave me a pamplet with aftercare instructions written down, and told me if i had any complications or questions of any kind to get ahold of him. by far some of the best customer service i have seen from a piercer. can’t see myself going anywhere but here for future piercings.

Awesome little shop. They were able to squeeze my wife and I in for our second anniversary. The parlor was meticulously maintained and exactly what you'd expect from a professional establishment.The Staff was courteous and helpfull throughout. We were treated with respect and patience while going over our design and got exactly what we wanted. I plan on returning for future pieces. Strongly recommend.
