I got my first tattoo with upper class tattoo. Taylor was awesome at communicating with me through DM’s on Instagram. When I got to the shop they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Taylor and the other artists were laid back and fun to talk with. My tattoo was so fast and turned out amazing!! It was exactly what I wanted and Taylor had the idea all out together for me when I got there. The after care instructions were simple and easy. I had no issues with my tattoo after the session and Taylor was willing to do any touch ups if needed. The shop was super clean and the pricing was fair! I will be going back to Taylor for sure!

Do not book to an artist name Shannon, he cancelled my appointment twice and both got cancelled on the day of the appointment. I trusted him the first time he cancelled it I gave him chance but it seems this shop hired someone who is very unprofessional. He told me that he is going to send my money back but he never, and he insisted about the cancellation policy. Upperclass do you think this matter would still apply your cancellation policy? You know this is consider as fraud and scam. Currently Shannon is no longer active. Beware of this scammer!

Love these guys! I’ve had a couple of tattoos by Taylor already at their old shop and their new! Already thinking about my next for Shannon to do hah! Super cool relaxed vibe, awesome beats and most importantly good ink! All three from Taylor healed perfectly and she has a super light touch which I felt reduced the pain during and the heal time! Book me in again haha!

Taylor's tattoo designs are brilliantly creative, I just love the style and the personality so much. Definitely a one in a million talent tucked away in an Upper Class tattoo shop, so if you go through Ogden on your way to the best snow on earth definitely stay long enough to let her leave a mark!

I've gotten three tattoos from these guys now and they are always creative, clean and consistent. I literally have saved spots on my body for more of Shannon's art- I love his crisp lines and unique style, and that he is a perfectionist with his placement :)
The shop itself is also super nice, they have snacks and juice for everyone (even guests) and it's warm and inviting in case you have a long session, and sometimes if you're lucky they might bring a cute pup around to say hello
Everyone is super friendly and checks in to make sure you don't need anything- I definitely recommend them for your first tattoo or your tenth!

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT get any tattoo work done at Upper Class Tattoo. Shannon has scammed my dad out of $1200 and after many excuses he would not perform the tattoo for my dad nor refund him the money. After many attempts of my dad trying to collect the money from Shannon, Shannon continues to make excuses as to why he can not give my dad his money back. Shannon is a horrible business owner and should not be running a business of any sort. Be aware when booking an appointment with Shannon or Taylor, your money will be stolen. I know that my dad is not the only one that has been scammed out of money from this coward.

Warning! Do not go to this tattoo shop!! My dad, Mike, paid $1250 for his tattoo from Shannon back in August. Since then he and Taylor have canceled over 5 times (claim to reschedule) and refuse to send back his money, we have receipts to show. Not only are Shannon and Taylor SCAM artists but after looking into why they hop around tattoo shops, its because there have been multiple complaints of INFECTIONS from people who have been tattoo’d by Shannon and Taylor. These guys will take your money and run. There are sooo many great tattoos artist here in Utah, don’t risk their dirty needles, infection and loss of money. Go somewhere else!!

I came in for a spine tattoo as my first and super nervous, she walked me through everything to make sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied. It was exactly what I envisioned, super happy with my experience! I’ll definitely be coming back!
