Levi is above and beyond amazing! Extremely talented!!! Goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I came in with the most ugly giant rose to get a cover up, and he turned it around into one of the best pieces I have ever seen. I will keep coming back to him!!

Levi was FANTASTIC!! He listened to all of my crazy ideas and helped me come up with an AMAZING meaningful piece. He was super quick but made sure all the details I wanted were there. If you want the ULTIMATE tattoo and experience then you have to get it done by Levi.

This last weekend I went and had a tattoo done by Levi in rememberance of my dad. It’s perfect and the writing was spot on. I couldn’t be happier!! I highly recommend this studio and artist to everyone. The location is easy to find, clean and the people are nice.

I had a Tattoo that needed rework and partial cover up. I scheduled with Jroo and had to wait a few months. WORTH THE WAIT!!! He has amazing skills and Frost City Tattoo has an amazing atmosphere. Friendly Clean Professional, all the things that are typically hard to find in a shop. Jroo spent 10 hours with me and took the time to do great work with intense detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The whole atmosphere is wonderful and positive. All the artists are so kind, down to earth and treat you like family right off the bat! And last but not least the talent and dedication of the artists is impeccable. I will most definitely be coming back and referring friends and family.

i met with Levi for a consultation for a coverup back in march . I showed him what he would be covering up and he explained to me in detail what the process was to cover up my old tattoo. i had a nasty old incomplete upper sleeve that was a mess tgatbit need to be covered and i did think any one could do it . So after talking to Levi he got me in .I gave him 100% freedom on the design. The day of the session he showed me the rendering and i was blown away by what he was showing. I mean there were certain things i wanted in there but what he created was more then i could have come up with myself. He designed everything I had in mind and the attention to detail outstanding. The tattoo process was flawless. When you step into FrostCity those guys always make you feel like you are family in there. I still have a few more sessions to finish with the cover up but with the work he did so far has come out so amazing. I couldnt have thanked him enough for the work he did . I had 4 sessions separated into two weeks for a 3/4 sleeve with artist Lala Ellsworth and could not be happier with experience! The professionalism and welcoming atmosphere left me with a bitter-sweet parting. Everyone there treats each other like family and yet they remain focused to produce some of the greatest pieces I've ever seen. All of the artist are pros! I would reccomend this place to anyone looking to get inked.
