Frost City Tattoo

This is the best shop in the state. Every single artist does elite, quality work. I will not go anywhere else in Utah for my tattoos. Jroo has gotten my entire left arm & has done some insane pirate work!!! Every artist is kind, fun & makes you feel part of the Frost City fam. LALA, Vili, Levi, Jroo, Zay, Teeknow, & of course THE Fred Frost!!! They also get some incredible guest artists, too. You cannot go wrong with any of these artists. Whatever each charges, it’s well worth the $!!! You leave with a MASTERPIECE that you get for the rest of your life!

An amazing experience. Not just our artist, but all of them are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and at home. Definitely going back to them for more work.

I've went to plenty of tattoo artists throughout the years and Levi has definitely been the absolute best! I've never been to an artist a second time but I will continue to go back to Levi.

I’ve came to Frost City (June 2018) for my first tattoo (1/2) sleeve and then again (November 2018) to add on to my arm to make it a ¾ sleeve! All their artists are very talented and skilled! My artist was Zay Dela Pena, he definitely helped my vision of what I wanted my tattoo to be, come to life! Give them a follow on Instagram to find your artist!

Clean, modern, and comfortable shop environment packed with lots of talent. I would like to say thank you to all of the staff with whom I had interaction, you guys make for a great experience. And a giant thank you to @Levilieske who has killed it again with my amazing piece. Looking forward to my next session.

I received a Celtic leg sleeve from Fred that I couldn't be more happy with. His attention to detail was amazing and his knowledge of history was very apparent. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Aside from his work he is an awesome human. So down to earth and humble.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Frost City. My wife and I both got tattooed and both turned out exactly how we wanted. The shop was very clean and they have a great staff. I will definitely be coming back for my next tattoo.

My experience couldn't have been better. First of all, the place is impeccably clean. Like, doctors office clean. Me likey. I got my first tattoo done by Jroo, who didn't hold back from singing along to the music while he worked on my arm! I am very particular about what I want and the result is stunning. I haven't stopped staring at my beautiful new baby and so far it's healing beautifully! Wish I knew how to add a picture of it to this review. Every cent has been more than worth it. I'm coming back to him for my future tattoos without hesitation. I know 2 other people who have gone to FCT and 1 other person who's gone to Jroo, and everyone has had the same experience I had. Consistency doesn't lie and it's plain to see that this has got to be the best Tattoo Parlor in Salt Lake!

Got my first tattoo & went with Jroo. He is an awesome guy! We spent 16 hours doing part 1. I’ll be back w Jroo to finish the sleeve & plan to get in with Fred @ some point. All these guys are cool as can be & are unbelievably talented & gifted!! It’s unfortunate some have left 1-star reviews; Frost City is filled w gifted, kind guys who are invested in their work!! Check each of them out on Instagram & follow them. They don’t mess around & are committed to constant growth & improvement. They are worth the wait!!

This should be the number one tattoo shop in SLC if isn't already! I just got done up by Vili Ngata and let's just say I left with a tattoo better than I wanted with his raw talent! Well done!...stop looking trust me and book here...that is IF...they have openings with how high demand their artist are!!
