Frost City Tattoo

I trusted them to do a free hand Tongan tribal on me and people can't believe how clean it is!! I love it so much and they definitely take the time to personalize the tattoo and get to know you to make it special. Going here for all my tattoos!!! They have an artist for every type of tattoo! Experience there is 10/10

I originally set an appointment with Jroo to get a piece . At the initial consultation he advised he wouldn’t be able to complete a coverup as it wasn’t going to be dark enough. So we decided on a different design in a different spot . On the day of my appointment he tried to switch back to the coverup design but I had already mentally prepared for what we decided. We came to the mutual decision I would get what we decided at the consultation and add on the coverup at a later time to tie everything together. I paid $1000 for my piece he told me to text him when I was ready for the coverup part. I text him and would you believe he told me don’t text him anymore but to email. I emailed him and waited several months for a response (received none) I called the shop over a course of a month to try and schedule my appointment because Jroo book far in advance. I spoke with the owner who says he has no control over those things because each tattoo artist does there own scheduled . I asked the owner if anyone else could do the tattoo he said yeah and took my info down and said they would give me a call back and never did. Customer service is so hard to find in certain industries. I give up

I’ve searched many a shop for authentic Polynesian tattoo. This is the only place I would recommend. Clean, professional and welcoming is the name of the game here. Zay just laid it on the line and did an amazing full sock for me. Defying all expectations, in making a true masterpiece.

Levi has done my last two tattoos. They are super clean lines and amazing work. I highly recommend him for your next tattoo.

Frost City is hands down one of the best shops I've ever been. All the guys are so talented let alone fun to be around. I want to give a massive shout out to Jroo Winquist. Jroo has given me priceless artwork and I cannot thank him enough for that. If you're reading this and haven't scheduled with Frost City, get off your damn phone and get to it because I promise you, you won't regret it.

I couldn't be happy with the piece done be Levi. He took my messy sketched idea and did a perfect interpretation of it. I will definitely be getting more work done by him and would 110% recommend him.

I walked in because I wanted to know what their price would be to overline a tattoo someone gave me on a drunken night and make it presentable.

Some hispanic artist came to talk to me (not hating im hispanic my self, but idk his name)

Treated me so poorly like I was stupid, outside it reads “walk ins welcome” and he’s trying to tell me its by appt only, and said “we are like the Gucci of tattoo shops and you are coming into Gucci asking for Payless shoes. You should go to a side street tattoo shop”

Honestly left a terrible impression, and out of respect of everyone else who was in there just left without calling him out. Its not like I was getting the tattoo that day, I just had questions on how much I would be looking at, and how long it usually takes to work my schedule around them.

Freshest tats I’ve seen in a while!! I would love to thank you Levi my homie that works there for hooking me up with some killer tattoos. The rest of the shop is amazing as well!
