Walked in with my husband, we each wanted a paw print and an old piece touched up.
The artist (male, tall, buff, closely shaved head. I wish I would have gotten his name but I didnât) and the front desk lady shot down every one of our ideas and told us they wouldnât work but offered no alternative suggestions as to what would. In fact the artist told us âyou would be the ones who would have to come up with the ideasâ.
When I showed them what I wanted changed on my old tattoo they said âitâs supposed to be that wayâ. As if what I wanted for my tattoo didnât matter.
Needless to say, we left.
I understand that we are not tattoo artist but they were so unhelpful and so rude.
Maybe thatâs why all their chairs were empty?
Seriously, go somewhere else.

my wife gave me a gift card for here paid cash as a Christmas present in 2021 went in and set up a time for tattoo, charged me a deposit? asked what this was for and they said just in case I don't keep the appointment which was for the next day, but if I do they will refund it. I show up I get a tattoo done they take the money from the deposit and part from the gift card leaving a balance when on it, was told they would refund the deposit and only use the gift card portion. still no refund on the deposit as it became a charge so now I still have a gift card there for more than $100 that they wont give back as they used my deposit instead of the gift card, tattoo is great artist was great customer service ladies(2 of them) horrible!! I wont be back as I cant get a manager or owner to call me back I have left several messages and stopped by a few times over the last year to get resolved and nothing. and based on looking at the reviews on here they don't care about their clients anyway. the artist and I were discussing doing a sleeve but I guess they don't need any more money from me as they have already stolen over $100 from me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as they do not do what they claim. SINCERLY, A VERY UNSATISFIED EX-CUSTOMER

Very clean very professional shop, great staff up front, and a ton of talent in the artist booth's!
When you hear the term "you get what you pay for"this is what they mean! My artist Tino Gonzalez, was professional, insightful and the One of the best tattoo artist that I have encountered in my 20 years of being tattooed. If you're looking to get a piece done and you want it done right, this is the place to go.
