I got my helix pierced here with bear and magic they were both AMAZING it practically painless and they were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. i will definitely be coming back!

Working with Tyson has been an amazing experience, He is the most caring and considerate tattoo artist I have ever encountered. He makes sure that your tattoo is what you want, but is also not afraid to add suggestions to make your tattoo better than you imagined. He did an amazing job on the wonder woman one listed below. He was able to create the perfect surprise tattoo for my sisters birthday a few days ago and we love our sibling tattoos. We are in the process of finishing up another masterpiece and i cannot wait to see when it is done. I highly recommend Tyson and I love being able to go to Legacy and see everyone support each other!

Called and asked if they accepted walk ins. We were advised to make an appointment, which we did. Showed up when told and sat for 2 hours waiting. Lots of other walk ins came in and were being serviced at the same time we were. The front staff seems to struggle with checking you in, keeping appointments straight, and checking you out. Bear is awesome and that’s the only reason why I’m giving this place two stars. Front staff seemed mentally elsewhere. Would have been nice to have gotten a discount for the front staff fail.

Absolutely loved my experience here!! I went for my first tattoo and my artist, Chado was really awesome about keeping it light and funny to ease the pain! He did an amazing job and the website tool that matches you to an artist is super awesome!!

This place isn't your typical grungy tattoo shop. It's clean and the people working there are super friendly. Derrick did a piece on me that I love. The artists there are all highly skilled and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I first got a tattoo done by Tyson in May this year and absolutely love how it turned out, and so I went to reschedule to finish some other pieces that I would like done. I had an appointment set for July and he contacted me about some issues he was having and I was very understanding and went with the flow. So when I got there at around 9:30am and their doors where locked with many people waiting outside until someone came to let us in. I get in and check in and it's about 30-45min until I get called back by Tyson. Then after he calls me back he shows me the designs and one hadnt been drawn up yet and so he said give me 10 minutes and I'll be back. He comes back an hour later and then shaves me and puts the stencil on. He said he was going to take a smoke break and use the restroom and come back. I said ok and then around 1 1/2 hours go by, and at this point I get up and leave. In the end he does great work but has poor time management and lacks respect for my time.

James has done a couple pieces for me now and he is hands down the best artist I’ve ever been to! Super down to earth, easy to talk to, and does AMAZING line work. Highly recommend!
