AMAZING SHOP!!!
I got my tattoo done by Jason Pickett and it's absolutely phenomenal. It was so much better than I imagined it could be. I didn't give him a lot to work with yet he still blew away my expectations. Everyone else there is super kind and always makes me feel welcomed and at home :) Chris Salazar is the manager there and is so awesome as well. He always checks in with you and reaches out to see if there's anything you need. Everyone there is very reachable and I can always text them for questions and concerns! 10/10 everything

Jason and I just completed a sitting for a partial sleeve on my forearm. He has been absolutely amazing to work with! He’s extremely knowledgeable about artistic practices and theories and when I would make suggestions on placement, color or anything(!) he would give me the artistic term for it and support my opinions even though it was his piece. We spent one visit planning the piece and placement (because I’m a control freak), we completed part of it today and we already have our second sitting planned to complete it.
I have multiple tattoos from other artists and I can say with surety that this was by FAR a better experience. He was also very easy to talk to and I could SEE how excited and focused he was to work on my tattoo.
Update: We never completed the tattoo. I won’t lie, I made my mistakes as a customer, BUT Jason made me feel like he didn’t really care if I was his customer or not. When I had a misunderstanding on time for our second appointment, he never sent a reminder or called/texted to let me know I was late, he just canceled the appointment. I would have gladly paid for the hour I missed and STILL gotten 6-7 hours of time on the tattoo, but instead we had to reschedule for months out.
Then, i thought I still had my deposit down, but I apparently didn’t. When I called to verify my appointment a week ahead I was told that my spot had been given to someone else because I didn’t have a deposit. He didn’t try to contact me at all to request the deposit, just gave away my spot and didn’t let me know.
The tattoo is beautiful, but I’ll find someone else to complete it who values their business enough to offer communication. I made my mistakes, but they could have been minimized if he had been willing to contact me.

The experience I had was top notch! Chris hooked me up with the VIP financing that made my tattoo a reality much more quickly! Chris went above and beyond for me there.
Mike was my artist and he did a stellar job! I literally could not be happier with my tattoo! He really took the time to understand what I wanted and what it meant to me and then made it a reality. If you’re looking for incredible skill in both tattooing and customer service Mike is your guy!

The customer service here is out standing and the dedication to quality and satisfaction is magnificent! I was originally scheduled for an appointment in July however my appointment was cut short. You might think “well that’s bull shit” but my artist had already spent 2 hours working with me to pull the image in my head into reality and something just wasn’t looking quite right. I scheduled another appointment (at no extra cost to me) and Jason told me he would continue to fine tune the image. I arrived at my next appointment to see the image in my head on his tablet screen and left a few hours later with it on my arm. This shop is dedicated to service quality and client satisfaction. I will be getting more pieces from savage tattoo.

Great experience! I worked with Jason and he did the design soooo much justice. His detail is incredible and it's fun sitting in his chair, he keeps you laughing. The vibe of the shop is great in general. I'm definitely going to keep Jason as my artist, dude is incredible!

This place is the best for getting tattoos. Everyone there knows what they are doing and has a lot of experience. Jason is the best. I've had 2 tattoos done by him and I have not been disappointed. His work is 2nd to none and top notch. I will be going to him for all my tattoos. Simply the best in the business.

Just got this new tattoo over the weekend. This is the second one i got done at savage. Both were done by Spencer. He's been so good with my tattoos! He's very percise and careful and he gave me exactly what I wanted. Turned out so beautiful. It's a very chill environment and everyone there is so nice. For sure going back for my next one.

Mike did an AMAZING job on my first ever tattoo! Finding an available tattoo artist here in Ogden is tough and finding one willing to combine each other’s thoughts and views is even tougher. Mike was above and beyond attentive from the word go. Especially if you’re like me and love anime and are trying to find an artist with that same vision, look no further than Mike at Savage Tattoo! Him along with the rest of the staff are the kindest folks you can ever let dig into ya with a needle lol, they’re awesome!
