Mike did my tattoo of a wood burned drawing I did of my PMS monster Patty Mayo Sunshine. He made it look just like the picture I gave him! I’m so happy with the way it turned out! I had fun while I was there too!

Overall, the tattooing experience was awesome. Jason took his time at the beginning to go over my tattoo with me before anything else happened. He took his time to explain things to me as he went so that I was always comfortable with what he was doing. He continually checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and at the end of the tattoo took extra time to calm my skin down. Jason has the best personality and made me laugh throughout the whole experience. He also does some of the best line work. 10/10 would recommend going in and getting a tattoo from him!

JASON PICKETT!!!! this man has been absolutely incredible! he was so kind and receptive to my ideas and ran with them creating something even better than my wildest dream. He made me feel comfortable and taken care throughout the entire experience. my first tattoo was 3 separate session due to the size and every visit was better than the last. all the other artists around were just as friendly. they all looked in on each other and they have such a supportive environment making me as a client even more excited when other artists complimented my tattoo!
i am already planning my next 3 tattoos with jason! please talk to these artists!! they have a wide skill set from black and grey to color realism. happy tattooing!!!

I got my first tattoo from Klozr. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Klozr was very understanding when I wanted a certain detail changed. He was great to work with and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. When I was getting wrapped up I began to feel light headed and he took great care of me and made sure I was feeling good before I left. I would recommend him and savage tattoo to anyone.

The consult process was great, I was able to do it virtually weeks in advance. My artist was Mike and I showed him my inspiration photos, told him what I liked and didn't like about them, and the results were amazing! The shop is clean, the vibe is relaxed and fun, and Mike went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I drove all the way from the south end of the Salt Lake Valley and would totally do it again!

ABSOLUTE WORST TATTOO EVER. I feel like one star is too good for them, I would get a negative 5 star if I could. I am so disappointed in the tattoo they did on me. It’s the worst tattoo on me by a LONG shot. Not to mention it was one of the most expensive hourly rates I’ve ever had for a tattoo. “Mike” tattooed me, claiming he was a 40 year veteran and that he was comfortable with neo-traditional tattoo, but that clearly was not the case. Non of the colors are fully saturated, none of the lines are straight or solid. There’s missing lines in the sacred geometry, Nothing is even. Just overall a horrible tattoo. The only reason I was okay with getting a tattoo here was because I saw a lot of great reviews on google, but quickly learned that most of those good reviews were fake, posted by the owner of the shop. If you want a good tattoo, DO NOT even consider savage tattoo. The shop was dark and dirty like no one had cleaned it in months. So PLEASE do yourself a favor and look else were for your tattoo, do not get taken advantage of by these guys at savage tattoo. There are plenty of great artist in Ogden/salt lake that are way more experience and charge MUCH less for better work.

I was paired with Mike. He's awesome. Mike does traditional style tattoos and is really passionate about his work. This is my 3rd tattoo with him so far and I am definitely planning on doing more with him.
