I’d been wanting a small, simple tattoo for a long time. I called to set up a consultation appointment but was just told to email some images to the shop. I had a very specific shape in mind and knew exactly what I didn’t want. When I went in for the tattoo, I felt completely overlooked because I wanted something simple and not some complex piece of art - and I left with the exactly what I didn’t want. I was very upset and frustrated, as this was my first tattoo and I wanted it to be perfect. And now it’s permanently wrong and I’m stuck with it. When I called the shop, I was told, “Well, we all thought it looked good.” Poor customer service and sad that my first tattoo experience was ruined.

I've been planning to get a tattoo forever now and when I discovered this place I was pleased with their art work and KADEN has such wonderful work. He got me in quickly, answered my questions and he had me test out the tattoo on paper and made sure I liked the look as well as making sure I liked the location of the tattoo, Kaden is very exciting and great, ill go back to Bonneville tattoo again and to have Kaden do more tattoos.

I came in to get an industrial piercing. Chauna gave me information on how to get an industrial piercing in a way that it would heal faster and look nice. I had gotten cartilage piercings on my ear 3 times before coming to bonneville tattoo and every single time it took forever to heal and i was in constant pain so i ended up taking them out. This time however Chauna did it in a way where i haven’t had any problems and it’s been almost 5 months! I am very pleased and will be going back for another piercing soon!!

I wanted to get a specific piercing for fibromyalgia pain and at the same time get my nose re-pierced. Chauna was very upfront that she hadn’t done that piercing before and didn’t want to use me as a guinea pig which I appreciate, and consider very professional. She re-pierced my nose that had grown in, and was extremely careful to do it in the exact hole it had been, checking twice with me on the position. It was a clean piercing. Minimal pain. No infection and healing well. Good aftercare instructions as I’d forgotten what to do. Very pleased.

Don’t go! Jerry is horrible. I wanted to get a full sleeve done by him. He did about 3/4 of it and refused to continue to work with me. I was completely blind sighted by it and I didn’t understand what the hell I did? He gave no explanation. I was forced to go else where and now my forearm part of my sleeve doesn’t match the rest of my arm.
