Made an appointment for my friend and I to come in and get a tattoo but due to their lack of organization they double booked my friend and I with someone else! we ended up having to wait an hour and then they sent us home with no tattoo!

Payden is an awesome piercer! Super professional, informative, and fast! I got my nipples pierced and I’m so glad I went to Resolute! Even when there was a bump in the road, he still was super gentle and effective! I also got a tattoo from Ryan Crown and he is awesome! Couldn’t recommend more! I honestly couldn't believe how communicative, honest and friendly my artist Ryan Crown was. I had been in search for months with to no avail and had many unresponsive artists, until Ryan! He responded to me quickly, had an idea of what I wanted done and he did it, beautifully I must add! I arrived early for my appointment and it was pleasing to see how friendly the Resolute piercers and artist are. Ryan let me know I can make myself at home, grab water, check out art, etc. He took the time with me to find references and talked in detail about placement and what details I wanted to stand out. The vibe was relaxing, good music, awesome art and great conversations. This is unlike any other experience at a tattoo shop in Utah. I didn't feel intimidated there, I felt welcome and appreciated. I loved the whole experience and I am finally able to say Ryan Crown is the artist I will be going to from now on!

Came here looking to get a tattoo done. Met with Ryan Crown and he was able to fit me in the next day even tho it’s typically a day he takes off(I really wanted a Kobe tattoo on mamba day)...dude really cares about his work and making sure his clients have a great experience. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some new ink

First time getting a tattoo and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Ryan Crown at Resolute Tattoo and Piercing did an absolutely amazing job! Made sure I was comfortable and if I needed to stop to let him know. Ryan was very professional in all communication and even came in early for me to get it done. Had to travel 4 hours to get it done and I'm glad I made the trip. LOVE my tattoo!! Thank you Ryan for the great experience and the awesome tattoo!!

Awesome experience! Got my first ever piercing other than the normal ear piercings and I felt comfortable and informed the whole time! I got my septum done and they even have saline solution there to buy!! Payden was super professional and patient when I realized I forgot my birth certificate and had someone on the way. 10/10 I would 100% go here again for another piercing :)

Payden, who did my piercings, is amazing! Him, and his assistant, were very helpful with explaining every step of the process, and making me feel as safe as possible. The piercings themselves turned out fantastic!!!

Josh Dix was my artist. He was very pleasant to interact with and did an amazing job turning the 3 sentences I told him about what I wanted into a tattoo that I absolutely love. Photo in black tank top is immediately after it was complete. I will update this review with a healed picture in a couple weeks.
