I have always wanted a sleeve. I was a little apprehensive at first because the shop was not what I was used to going with modern tattoo shops and coming back from the east coast. I took the chance and it turns out it was one of the best decisions I made. Kelly did an amazing job. He helped interpret my thoughts into ink on my arm and all free hand. Kelly is awesome to work with, very friendly, very accommodating and a great artist over all. Open communication is key with your artist, it makes the experience that much better. Kelly, thank you so much for the great job, I can’t tell you how many times I get stopped in a week by complete strangers, amazed with your work. I know exactly who to go to for my next tattoo.

Absolute worst shop in the world. Unprofessional to say the absolute least. They will screw over people working for them. Kelly will hit on and proposition female clients, even with his wife across the room. He will make changes to your tattoo without talking to you first. He will bully you into larger tattoos and will act as though he owns your skin. Every single tattoo I've gotten from anyone at this shop will have to be fixed and finished if not simply covered by a better artist. Kelly will lie about anyone who speaks negatively, but truthfully, about his work or shop. Do not waste your money, time or skin on this place. There is a reason Kelly has been banned from tattoo conventions and I promise if you mention his name to any tattoo artist or piercer in the valley they will confirm this information. This shop also gave me MRSA from being so dirty. I have medical records to prove the infection came from a fresh tattoo done by Kelly himself. They will also get stoned in their cars before walking into the shop smelling like weed and tattooing you. There are multiple mistakes in every one of my tattoos and whether they can be fixed or not they are mistakes. This shop should be shut down for multiple reasons and literally any tattoo artist or body piercer in Salt Lake will agree. Avoid this shop at all costs. Avoid letting Kelly Miller scar your body and force his ideas on you let alone himself.

I went in yesterday to get my nose pierced without an appointment and they were so quick to get me in. They were all kind, professional, and it was very clean! Kelly did my nose piercing and he was very gentle and kind, making sure to reassure me because I am afraid of needles. It was quick and easy and he was very knowledgeable. He made sure I had all the information I needed about cleaning the piercing and how to prevent and treat an infection. I would definitely recommend Susie M's to anyone! I will be coming back for more piercings in the future!

We had 6 of us and originally had an apt at another tattoo parlor but the guy didn't show up so we were scrambling to find somewhere that our family could get our matching tattoos and they were able to fit us in same day. Such a great and relaxing atmosphere and it was a couple of our first tattoos and they were so patient and really explained things and just amazing place and people. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to add to my tree, Jed was so patient and made it so realistic looking.

This place has been around forever. Training some of the very best in the valley. Always a great experience.

I love this shop! Got my first tattoo here at 18 and it still looks AMAZING now that I’m 21 nothing has faded! I’m a dark female and the work that they did is incredible. They really did make my tattoo pop! I went here for a piercing a year later , amazing owner and employees. Super great price! Better then you will find in salt lake! I got my first ever tattoo here. It was the biggest mistake of my life. My tattoo is so horribly faded and I've only had it for 3 weeks. When I was waiting to get my tattoo they had a granddaughter in there. They were asking me to grab things for her as they tattooed my significant other. The place is so dirty and has half finished paintings and art supplies littered everywhere. The people smelled like cigarettes and couldn't seem to concentrate. Don't waste your money or time here.

The reviews make them seem so bad but i just got my first tattoo here and it was basically painless! And he made sure i liked it and kept redoing the design till it was perfect for me and was so patient! i also got my nose pierced here and my cousin got her belly button pierced and they were so good no infections or anything!! Highly recommend. The only downside is the wait time.

Great shop w great artist. Not an assembly line tattoo shop either. They do one of a kind,custom tattoo's so you won't see your tattoo on someone else (whoops,that's embarrassing.) They have a wide selection of reference books to help you design the tattoo of your dreams. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you want beautiful n quality work, Kelly n Sue Miller( n now their son Jed)are the people to see.

After looking around for a couple of days to find a place to do a simple tattoo on my Boyfriend and I seemed like chore. Then finally we walked in here and we knew right away this was the place. The nice guy quoted us a decent price and sent us over to Derek. He did such a GREAT job. So good my tattoo was literally painless. Thank You Derek our King &Queen tattoos look absolutely perfect. In fact they are flawless.
