I came in after getting a cartilage piercing six months ago with a question about the healing process. Adrienne took the time to talk with me about next steps and provided extensive knowledge about earring options. I would recommend Adrienne’s services to anyone looking for a piercer in Burlington.

My roommate just got a tongue web piercing at 2:30 PM and had to take it out at 4:50 PM as soon as she got home because it was extremely crooked, torn, and was rubbing against her tendon which she did not want to pop. We had to call another piercing shop for advice because the piercer was extremely unprofessional and denied how clearly messed up the piercing was so could not advise a safe course of action. However he did secretly ask the cashier to take $20 off of her bill for his mistake.

This establishment also apparently cannot find experienced or high quality piercers, as he pushed the needle through her tongue without any warning, countdown, etc. and did not give any instructions for aftercare besides giving her mouthwash and saying “swish.”

Disappointing shop with low quality piercers who do not know which skills they do/do not have, staff who does not feel like taking responsibility for mistakes and refuses to be honest with customers, and very poor piercing procedures.

Get ready for this because this is gonna be a long one. I had an appointment for a tattoo (I scheduled ahead of time so they had notice) and when I got there for my appointment the door was locked and no one was there (before you think “Oh you probably came at the wrong time/date” Nope, I was there the exact time my appointment was at) so I had knocked on the door for I don’t even know how long thinking maybe someone was inside and just couldn’t hear me because places like this always have music playing inside etc. I waited and waited, by that time it already was way past my appointment and on one final knock FINALLY someone came to the door. Except the person that came to the door was a new hire and they told me they had stayed to watch the place because the boss left for whatever reason and that they weren’t able to do anything for me. I explained the whole situation to them and they were like “I really don’t know” and they then said “If you come back in two hours I can do the tattoo for you” (they would call me, I gave them my number) which I live FAR away, but I was like sure okay. I waited outside in my car for TWO hours and never received a call. So after completely wasting hours of my time I never got my tattoo.

Adrian did my nose piercing today and everything went amazing! She was so sweet and helpful with placement questions and any other information I wanted to know. Very clean organized shop!!

Adrienne (pretty sure that’s how you spell it lol) did a great job. I got my septum pierced, the process was quick and easy. She explained everything in detail before she did it, and it looks great!

Adrienne was amazing...me and my friend came in as walk ins..and got 2 piercings a piece..she explained everything she was doing and made sure we were completely comfy before she started..she was completely upfront and honest about each piercing....very clean environment. I will be back soon for more.

I got my septum pierced by Adrienne, who was super friendly and careful about proper placement! I was a walk-in but there was no wait, and the process felt safe and hygienic. I would get pierced here again.

My friend and I went in for walk in piercings, our piercer Adrienne was lovely!! Super sweet, fun and fast! Would recommend her as a piercer!
