great! i went for piercings ($50 each for cartilage and nostrils) and it was very nice! clean place, everyone was very chilled and informative. piercer was very quick and knowledgeable! will be coming back next time i’m up here

Oh my lord!!! This shop is absolutely amazing! I just went to get my septum pierced, there was a little bit of a mix up with paperwork (I'm a minor), but we got it all sorted out and everyone there was so kind. My piercer was Tatum and they made sure I was totally comfortable, the piercing came out absolutly beautiful. I definetly reccomend this shop. All around 10/10 I will be coming back for future piercings and body art. Thank you so much!

I have been a frequent customer of this place since I was 19. Never had an issue with anyone. Can’t say that for this time. I went in with my boyfriend my support person for a very intimate piercing. First off I had booked an appointment at the shop thru Facebook, which is not something new for me. They said see you at 5:30 the 21st. I show up and I am “not on the books” but shamus the owner knows that I am a loyal customer so he said he would hook me up. I must have waited 30-45 minutes. Finally when he was ready to take me back he refused to let my boyfriend back. It felt like discrimination. My boyfriend was paying for the services for goodness sake. He was there for reasons that I needed him there for. Not even a month ago he let my girlfriend go in with me for another piercing. I should have walked out then and there but went back anyway. In the room it was me him and his female piercer. I voiced my frustration again that my boyfriend was not allowed back. The owner got fresh with me and said that there was a female in the room, basically saying that was enough. I should have taken that opportunity to leave as well but went thru with the piercing. The piercing itself was an experience as well. One that I have never had in all my years. There was no warning no breath in breath out just BAM. Caught me off guard. The location of the piercing was in an area that I felt going straight for it was inappropriate. The female piercer was very nice and I appreciated her but the way that I was treated by Shamus...well that was a differ t story. My boyfriend, even though I feel he should not have, at least not to the owner, even hooked them up with a tip. I will NEVER be going back to this shop again, which is sad, being I’ve been there so many years but our treatment more than justifies my decision.

I have been getting all of my work done here for almost 6 years now, and I honestly have no regrets. My tattoo artist Joe is honestly such a gentlemen and hes a great conversationalist while he's tattooing you, he is the only one I trust tattooing me and his line work is phenomenal. Alex does all of my piercings and he is such a sweetheart, he talks to you while he's piercing you and he's really funny and he's one of the many highlights of my experience there. He'll ask you questions about your desired piercing before doing it, and he always does such a good job. These 2 are really good at their job and I'm glad they turned a passion into a career. Everytime I walk into this tattoo shop I also walk into my second home. The environment is beautiful and I'm blessed to be close friends with these 2 outside of their job. I always recommend these 2 to my friends who want a piercing or tattoo.

My bf and I were looking for piercing studios in the Burlington area. He wanted to get his labret repierced (He used to have snake bites). With Covid going on we decided to call ahead to make an appt. The man who answered the phone was NOT professional AT ALL! He didn't seem to know what my bf was talking about. When we showed up my bf said I called about an hour ago. There was 3 staff there. One was busy drawing something and the other two didn't seem excited to be there. When my bf started talking about getting repierced the piercer hung in the background. When my bf was explaining how it was pierced about 5 years ago the piercer stood up and seemed very confused and saying why would that place pierce it like that. (Mind you this was in NH where my bf originally went).

I keep saying the piercer cuz he NEVER introduced himself.

After the piercer was like alright lets just get this done and over with. Basically threw the clipboard and a pen at my bf to fill out the consent form. He goes I need to go have a smoke before I deal with you.

In the meantime of waiting for the piercer to finish his cigarette he was curious in knowing what size his gauges were. The person wasn't very helpful trying to figure that out either.

Once we got into the piercing room the piercer just got complaining about how the previous placed pierced him and that he was going to go above the previous scar tissue. Instead of piercing straight back he did it up at an angle. It looked HORRIBLE.

We should have read reviews before going there. It sounded like he has messed up on others too.

my experience at body art hasn’t been the greatest. i’ve had most of my piercings and one tattoo done from them and the artist is amazing, but the lady who answers the phone needs to learn better customer service. every time i call, the same rude snobby lady answers and i will definitely not be going back there for anything. they need to find a different receptionist.

My mom and I both went in to get our cartilage pierced and after talking with piercer Riley we each ended up getting three piercings. She was very knowledgeable and calmed my nerves instantaneously. Very quick service, we were in the room with her less than 10 minutes after stepping in the door. Riley answered all of my questions and had perfect placement, she helped us through any pain or nerves by breathing with us and making sure we were ready. Trusted her more than any other person who has every pierced me before and was only with her for maybe 40 minutes total. She told us exactly what she would do and what she used. Very clean place and equipment with very friendly people. Strongly recommend!

Good art and friendly staff. Have gotten all but one piercing here and a couple tattoos - the one piercing I didnt get there is crooked...
