When I went they were extremely nice and funny. The front desk staff was a little weird and frankly annoying but she meant well. While the guy who did the piercing was amazing. He was helpful when answering questions and help me calm down. He was incredibly nice and I would go there again for any body art or piercing needs.

Has definitely gotten better over the years. The piercer was much friendlier and thorough when getting my nipples done (2017) than the girl who did my industrial (that doesn't look right) in 2013. Great works by the artists, have always liked their personality. However, it feels they are rushing sometimes. Not as personal as some other shops.

Very sweet experience. I just needed a spiral to be put back into an already existing piercing in my ear. I also asked to be taught to reinsert it myself so that I don't have to return to a shop every time I need to take it out and then put it back in. The piercer saw me right away, figured out how to reinsert it, and then explained it to me. And after all that, didn't charge me, and sent me on my way.
Looking forward to coming back to this place!

I got my earlobe pierced by Ali (I think that was his name) and was very disappointed with the experience. I have already had other piercings done before at other locations and was always made to feel comfortable. At Body Art it felt very rushed and like I was just another person he was sticking a needle into. After piercing my ear once he said "Oh I messed it up its in the wrong spot" Which I assumed was a joke and then without saying anything pierced my ear again. After looking at the piercing this morning I noticed that it was still messed up and at an angle. Overall very disappointed with my experience and would recommend going to another place that does piercings.

I had a very pleasant experience at Body Art Tattoo. Came in to get my lobes re-pierced but come to find out they old piercings needed to be stretched! Ended up getting three helix piercings. The gentlemen that pierced my ears was friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable. I will be back for my conch piercing in 6 months!

Another plus is that they are walk-in business so I can come in when I want the next piercing. Not sure about how quick you can get service for a tattoo.

Their lines were beyond crisp, the work was fantastic and the workers were very nice and sociable. Would definitely recommend, it was just a bit pricy. I payed $130 for a collar bone tattoo, however I was so impressed with the friendliness of the employees and the amazing work they did I didn't mind the price. You get what you pay for, and that is a fantastic tattoo. I do not regret coming here and I will definitely return.

I got my nose pierced and my first tattoo here. The place is SO CLEAN which was very important to me. My nose piercing was done by Matt and he was so good with me even though I was very nervous and it didn't hurt at all! It healed perfectly and when I got my tattoo he even asked if I was still cleaning my nose piercing because he remembered me. I called last minute for my tattoo because I wanted to get it done before I went to college and they found time for me. It is amazing and I love it so much! I don't think this place deserves all of the bad reviews they have on here!

I called to get my daughter’s nose pierced for her 13 birthday. I was made to feel like a bad mom for making that choice and told they don’t pierce under 14. Apparently they didn’t want my business so I went else where.

So I wanted to add that I called and talked to the owner and he was so helpful I was very impressed with his reaction and his concern was how he could make it right.

It has been 3 years since I got this tattoo- it was my first tattoo. I still love it and I still get compliments on it pretty frequently. I originally went in wanting a small black snowflake, but the artist recommended a slightly larger size to allow for more detail and said color would look good on my skin tone. I'm glad I took his advice. He also worked with me on location, because originally he put the template too far out on my shoulder and I wanted it closer to my spine- relocated it with no problem . Cost $80, didn't feel there was any attitude from staff. They were very friendly, kind, and understanding with a newbie who wanted something a delicate.

If I could rate this studio 0 stars, I would. I had doubts on getting a piercing at Body Art, due to bad stories and reviews. Having my nose pierced in the previous 4 years, I had nothing to worry about so I decided to get it pierced again at Body Art. After walking in and being greeted nicely, I was asked to wait. After waiting around for 45 minutes, in a legit empty studio (like how long does it take to pierce a nose?), a nice man brought me into a room and was very friendly and talkative along with the piercer herself. The following day I woke up with a heavily infected piercing. Unknown of the reasoning, I had gone back to Body Art to get the painful piercing removed. After not being acknowledged by the piercer, a friendly girl took it out for me. I didn't receive any money back, or an offer for a free re-pierce after the infection heals, I was very disappointed. Still unknown for the reasoning behind the bad, instant, infection (perhaps unsanitary tools?), I had wished someone offered me at least my money back...
