Nicole was great! Amazing artist and very professional. All communication was very clear and she was very patient with all my ideas. The studio was very clean and comfortable as well! Was offered a drink from the fridge and a small snack too. I am already planning my next piece of art and will definitely book Nicole again. 100% recommend Onyx Ink!

Alisha (the owner of Onyx Ink) has been very well known in Vermont for her work. She has incredible talent and is willing to work with you to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for! Nicole is also an amazing artist and I am so excited to have a shop with TWO artists that I feel comfortable with. I would 100% recommend getting in for a consult with one of these ladies! You won’t be disappointed!

I went to Onyx for a septum piercing. I had read the reviews and asked friends who I know have been there. It all seemed good. So I went in with my friend and they pierced my septum. Once they handed me the mirror, I asked them to close the barbell a little more. When they handed the mirror back it looked crooked. I asked about it but I was told it could be due to swelling. I said 'ok' paid and left. However, I was nervous and anxious about it being pierced crooked. So, I did some research online (found out that it should look straight immediately after piercing and that swelling and crookedness come later), I also contacted a piercer I had been to before for a second opinion and he said it was a crooked septum. After that, I got in to have the septum removed. They were really nice about it, removed it with no charge, and offered a refund, I didn't even have to ask. The piercer was very sorry.
Now, this place has gotten good reviews, plus I have seen correctly done piercings on my friends from this place. Perhaps what happened to me was a fluke, but nonetheless, my piercing was crooked. Go here for a septum piercing at your own risk.

I had a session with Nicole for a cover up tattoo. She listened and took the time to draw a beautiful design. She tattooed with care and her work is amazing. I can’t wait to finish my cover up with her and have her for future projects. The space is CLEAN. I would leave 100 stars if I could
