I had an amazing experience and my tattoo turned out perfect. Hannah did the tattoo and told me everything she was going to do before doing it and it was just a really great time. I'm definitely going to try and book with her again.

mediocre artists. Got a hand piece done, was overcharged ($250 on top of the deposit for a 4 x 2 simple piece and 2 tiny sets of roman numerals…) I was never asked which font i wanted for the lettering, he just started drawing on my arm. The hand piece i have was not done deep enough, the lines were broken apart, shading done super lazily and in random spots that didn’t make much sense… just seems like the guy rushed. i would never go back.

Just got my first tattoo there. Called for an appointment, luckily they had a cancellation for the next day. Wes Walters was amazing perceptive and intuitive for what I wanted and expecting out of the process. I now have an amazing tattoo!!! The front desk staff were amazing, friendly, and supportive, especially when they found out it was my first tattoo ever.

I've never written a review before but felt that I should share my experience here as it may be helpful for someone thinking of getting pierced here.

I got my septum pierced here 7 months ago. Yesterday when I went to a different shop to get the jewelry changed I was informed that the Washburn Tattoo piercer had in fact not pierced my septum but below it. This caused me more bleeding and pain, a longer healing time (it still isn't healed), and is not what I had asked for. Mistakes happen so I called the owner to tell him what happened and suggest better training and vetting for his piercing artists. Instead I was rudely told that I should be happy with what I got and that it wasn't his problem. No apology, and no offer to take a look at it. Instead, I was rushed off the phone. This experience has made me just a little more cynical, and really who needs that in their life?

If you care about your body, avoid this shop. They don't care about you.

Both me and my fiance have had very negative experiences here, and We also have family who have had trouble here too.
He's had multiple piercings done here alone with a tattoo, All the piercings have become infected within 24 hours or have been incorrectly placed. The tattoo he got, much like mine, the artist went to deep on the tattoo.
Along with this, My tattoo didn't look like what i had given for a design and not only wouldn't modify the original print to make it fit where I wanted it, but also placed it awkwardly. The linework was also rather sloppy and varying in sizes where it all should have been about similar line sizes throughout except minor details.
They also were quite expensive despite the quality.
Besides this, the atmosphere was deeply negative; our artist/piercer was rather rude and made both of us uncomfortable, and we watched their receptionist nearly cry from the way she was being treated.
Would not and Will not go again.
(Please note both me and my partner have multiple tattoos/piercings and are aware of how they are meant to feel And look.)

I went with a friend here for her first tattoo, she explained where she wanted it and the position, and it wasn't placed correctly. Her ink also didn't really stay. I don't remember who did it, but they didn't take their time and rushed it. A friend asked for a quote on a tattoo, expecting that price and they increased the price significantly, and their tattoo didn't come out well either. I honestly suggest you save your money and go elsewhere.
