Waited almost an hour for them to tell us that they will give us a call back mean while they were having their lunch and taking a smoke break and this is that we came right when they opened at 11am as a walk in and they just kept saying who even has time for a walk in instead of asking the artist if they can and then just telling us upfront everyone is busy but they made us wait an hour for no reason and not even a drawing of what I wanted they really had no respect for people's time waist of time and energy

Over price , over heard a lady wanting to get five thin words on the side her foot, said 160. Knowing that tattoo will fade and will need touch ups or thicker font. I went in to ask about a thin band around the ankle , the tattoo artist went to set up then ask another artist how much for a band and they said 300 , didn’t even look or ask the location. I have a band on my arm and didn’t have to pay 300. Over charging and not caring to look or ask

Very nice and friendly staff as always. Clean place and professional, Ben did my tattoos and he was patient with me and understood what I wanted and did it great. I'm definitely going back for more.

The tattoo artist charged me too much for a small simple tattoo. In terms of quality they are good but I dont think a small tattoo on the forearm should cost 300$. This is just ripping people off.

Don't know what threw problem is but everyone I talked with was friendly and made sure I was certain I was sure I wanted my tattoo. No complaints here. Great job. Great staff.

I had a really bad experience in this Place. Troy did a really bad job with my tattoo. On the picture you can see what I asked for vs what I got. When I send him a message on Instagram telling him that I don't like the tattoo he blocked me. I went to the shop and he assured that the tattoo was perfect. In addition the price ($200) was too high for 2in ×4in tattoo which took about 15 minutes to have it done. They refused to give me a refund or to give a solution to my problem. I would never recommend to get a tattoo with TROY!

I didn't get a tattoo here, but some friends visiting me from Ohio did. I was with them when they got their tattoos and the location was clean, the artists were very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

My time with Amy was awesome and wonderful. She is amazing tattoo artist. Her dragon and tiger was really what wanted to be. I will come back here again for my second tattoo.
