Absolutely the worst customer Service I've ever experienced in my life my friend wanted to get a tattoo and I wanted to get a piercing so I called them so we can both make appointments and they told me that we couldn't make an appointment for the tattoo so I asked him if I can make an appointment for my piercing however they told me I had to do it on messenger on Facebook I was messaging them on Facebook and they continuously left me on read they finally answered me (after I kept messaging them) and told me that they had appointments for after 5 PM I asked them to make an appointment and they never answered me but they left me on read for all my messages!do not go here they do not care about their customers! We were going to spend a lot of money there too! Guess they don't want our business!

I have septum and ala and am about to get a tattoo in memory of my grandpa, and could think of no better place to get it done! My first piercing was done by Amara and she did great, my second by Atom. And they were both super polite and answered any questions I had, love this place!

Went there about 2 years ago and got a tiger tattoo on my right arm done by Dave the tiger has one huge ear and one little ear and I have an L next to my wrist never did go back will eventually find another shop to fix the mistakes they made 600.00 down the drain. Yes i approved the design and location but the design did not have the L in it nor did it have the one big ear and one little ear.

Absolutely a great shop, I highly recommended to everyone I know and people I don't, Corey is a great artist which has hooked me up with 2 tatts, 1 is a quarter sleeve at a great price. David work looks great as well but haven't gotten one from him. The vape side provides everything you'll need for the professional vapers to just starting with professional staff to help tou along the way.

Came in to get my first tattoo. The employee was SO rude when I told him what tattoo I wanted and where I wanted it on my ribs and he said "why would you get it there, that's so BASIC get it somewhere else." I then had to explain why I couldn't get it on anywhere visible for professional reasons for nursing school, which I shouldn't have to explain myself. Worst experience for me as it was my first tattoo. Didn't get my tattoo here and left immediately.

My friend and I went here and got our noses pierced by Atom. If you go to Tech or are in the area and looking for a place to get pierced this is the place!! 10/10 would recommend even though he wouldn’t play gucci flip flops.
