Turned away.. literally felt like Lucy was trying to talk me out of getting tattooed by them.. it was very weird and insulating.. I understood why she said she couldn't do the artwork (it wasn't her style, I wanted something specific and she'd rather do her own interpretation, which isn't a bad thing).. but her demeanor was as if my presence was annoying her.. very different from the welcoming receptionist.. one star because I couldn't put zero..
