Best shop in Richmond in my opinion! I have been there multiple times and not only is it well taken care of and clean but the staff are amazing. Every time I have been I feel welcomed by the owner and other staff. You can also tell that they take pride in their work and take the time to make sure that you’re getting exactly what you want.
I highly recommend this place if you’re interested in getting a new tattoo or piercing.

I had a great experience! I was warmly greeted when I walked in by all staff for my piercing appointment with Ashley. She took my ID and we did paperwork. Her work space was pristine clean and so cute! She walked me through everything and followed all proper hygiene procedures. Her communication was excellent and she checked on me throughout the entire process. She uses high quality jewelry and has aftercare products available on site. I can’t recommend her enough!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Ashley and Dylan for making my 27th birthday a fantastic one!
Ashley was amazing to work with and really took the time to sit down with me and go over everything about my ears, my stretching goals and helped allay any concerns I had. She even helped me with and let me use my own glass plugs due to work concerns. I highly suggest if you want to get a piercing done by someone who is passionate and professional in what they do, please go and see Ashley!
I'd also like to give a shout-out to Dylan at the front counter who I enjoyed talking with while I waited to see Ashley. He really helped make me feel welcome and at ease during my visit there!
All in all, Yellow Bird Tattoo definitely is the shop to go to for quality piercings and quality customer service!

The tattoo I got from Joe is much better than the original design/concept I brought in. Everyone working in the shop is super happy and the environment was relaxed but clean and professional. I got to meet some repeat customers and there were many new clients there also. I love the work I got done. The price was well worth it and I got my money's worth! I will be back for bigger pieces in the future and would highly recommend Yellow Bird.
