Joe has been great to deal with. He listened to the things that were important to me in my sleeve and created a great piece so far. Still many sessions to go for my current sleeve and then start the other arm.

I would highly recommend Charlie for all of your piercing needs. He is so kind and patient and takes the time to explain the process and after care in detail. I had my nose pierced initially at a different shop, but went to see Charlie when it fell out and it was a much better experience than the first shop I used.

Brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced. They were professional and kind, let her know every step of everything. She got scared and decided she wasn’t ready and they immediately backed up and respected her autonomy and words cannot express how grateful we are. The most fantastic experience. We will be back!

I don’t usually write reviews but I was kinda shocked today to say the least. I called and asked if they did the surface vertical Tragus piercing. The dude who first answered was like um idk what that is I’ll get the piercer to call you back. He called within 3 min which was nice but when he called I said do you do the surface vertical tragus. His response was uhhhhhhhh…… well this is a fairly new piercing and then be paused. So I was like ok so can you do it. His response again was uhhhhh I mean yea I’m pretty sure I can do that. He sounded high as hell! Then said that and I was like yea no! How are you going to say uh yea I think I can do that and feel ok doing a piercing you’ve never done before?

The staff is nice but I’m having major issues with my nose piercing. The jewelry used is horrible quality I’m not sure if it’s titanium or stainless steel but I am having some kind of allergic reaction to it and I can’t seem to get it out. I wouldn’t recommend getting a piercing here

I didn't get a tattoo there because they wouldn't even let me make an appointment while I was there. They want me to play email tag with them instead of getting a walk in tattoo or, at least, making an appointment. I was the only one in the shop. They tell me it will probably be a month or so before I can get in for a consultation and then make an appointment from there. Got my tattoo 3 days latter at a more professional place.

I’ve always had bad luck with new piercings due to my allergy of nickel.HOWEVER, the amazing piercer Charlie has made me less worried when getting new piercings! I’ve so far had five done by him , one being a redo from a previous shop(in which I never thought I’d be able to have done again!! ). All have healed tremendously well and look great!! Charlie took his time to not only make sure he did his job, but to also make sure I was comfortable, everything he was using was sanitary, and that I liked the final results. I’ve always walked out those doors a happy customer!! If this is your sign, go check them out!!

i love the environment of this place. charlie pierced my vertical labret and my eyebrow and he did a phenomenal job on both. he was very patient and didn’t mind changing the placement however much i wanted. they’re a great place to get your piercings!
