Daniel did my septum piercing and was reassuring the whole time. he provided me with information on how to take care of my piercing, and answered all my questions. i will be coming back for more piercings and for any tattoos that i want in the future. overall im very satisfied with the service provided!

The people leaving bad reviews on their piercings are tripping. If it’s not healing right it’s because you aren’t doing after care well enough. I got my septum and navel here last summer. I have seven piercings now, but my best ones were at this shop :) The piercer knew exactly the right spot for my septum, I couldn’t even feel it.

The place has a really nice vibe to it , especially the bathroom. My piercer was really great and focused on doing the piercings correctly. He was also very friendly and gentle and talked you through it. If you’re getting a piercing I would totally recommend this place!

Don’t recommend for ear piercings !!
Not a professional piercer
Post earrings embedded in my ears from swelling
Stem on earrings too short, ear lobes was swallowing up the earring very painful so much pressure
If they were professional he would have known to use a longer stem
The piercer wasn’t too hygienic as the qtip that was suppose to be use to clean my ear fell on the desk and he was going to pick it and still use it until I asked him to please get a new one

Daniel made me feel comfortable and safe as soon as I walked into to the shop. Best piercing experience I’ve ever had! This is the place to go for piercings!

Daniel is the best! He’s done tattoos for me and my family and they always turn out great. He listens and helps make what you want into a great tattoo. I would definitely recommend Way of Ink for all your piercings and tattoos!

The piercer (Daniel) was a very kind man who did a great job positioning my piercing and making it as clean as possible. He provided thorough care instructions and gave me his business card in case i had any questions. The shop was sanitary and seemed very professional. I’ll definitely be going back!

Customer service and communication is terrible. Took way to long to just book an appointment, I should have taken that as a red flag. I finally get an appointment booked for 4 matching tattoos for my mom, myself and 2 sisters who flew in from Atlanta to celebrate my moms birthday and we show up to our appointment to him having called out. I stood there in shock as this was a huge part of our celebration which we obviously couldn’t reschedule… only for the guy to add insult to injury by saying “obviously I care more about him (his coworker)” and that there was nothing that could be done bc he was booked all day. Umm sir, what an incredibly unnecessary comment. I don’t care who you “care more about”, this is a place of business and if the artist couldn’t show up I should have been called or email before my appointment to let me know, not met with your lack of care for the 4 people affected by this cancellation. Nothing can be done if he wasn’t there , obviously, but measures could have been taken to not inconvenience the customer more! I know this falls on deaf ears for the shop itself, this guy definitely gave off the “idgaf about you” attitude, but my review is for the people like me looking for a place who cares about their customers and their experience especially when it’s a special one like the one me and my family were expecting to get. Now they return home tomorrow without the memorable keepsake of matching tattoos that we planned for.

Caring goes a long way, so does common decency and decent communication skills.

Walked in here hoping to set up an appointment for getting my tattoo journey started. The whole vibe was not right from the jump,it seemed no one wanted to talk to me, I got greeted by silence for about 20-30 min, after which I decided to approach the front desk and inquire. Guy gave me less than a minute of his time...our memorable conversation ended with “you don’t even know what you want” after which he stalked off to the back room with a beer bottle in his hand.
Customer service is horrible here.

Duong was my artist and did an amazing job. Highly recommend Way of Ink for any tattoos you wanna get. He customized my piece himself.
