I called the same day , not only did they get me in but I was 20 min late and they still took me. their professionalism was beyond superior ! I’ve had plenty of piercings but my piercer today explained every single detail was super nice and fast. I got my septum pierced … it barley hurt and there was no after pain it was done perfectly I love it & this place ! The atmosphere was amazing and very welcoming.

Me and my mother got our septum pierced here and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly as well as fast. We got our piercings done by peter and he was very clean and safe while doing the piercing. We are definitely coming back:)

Had two cartilage piercings that i got at the mall that have been giving me problems for 2 years! i couldn't even change out the piercing without it hurting. went here to get both of them switched out with piercings that had a flat back. definitely hurt but the guy who did it was so nice so it made it better. wish i remembered his name i just remember he had long black hair lol. worth the money! and i'm in love with the blue piercings i chose. my ear is doing way better with the switch and i actually think it's finally healing💕

Out of the few tattoo shops I've been to, going to Black Water has managed to consistently be the most enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and loves to chat, and Ivy even gave me a free lollipop :) Will be coming back in the near future

Loved this place!!!! Called to book a quick piercing for my nose that closed on me recently. Ivy booked me same day in the evening and I got my nose done by Cooper. I had called Body Gallery but they don’t have ppl to pierce on the weekends...how ridiculous. Anyhow Cooper was super nice and cool felt like I was getting pierced by a friend lol. They gave me awesome advice to take care of my piercing and offered so much follow up info. And offered to make a nose piercing of my liking. Would totally go back the vibes were awesome and would highly recommend!

If I could give them more than five stars I would! Everyone here is super friendly! I went in to get a second lobe piercing and Peter did an awesome job. They were so kind and offered so many tips for aftercare as well as how to reach them best if I had any questions. Great experience!

Lovely! I called in last minute to see if they had any piercing appointments open and they fit me in at 2PM the same day to get my nose pierced! Absolutely lovely people and Peter was super knowledgeable. Will definitely come back!
