Review overdue for INKMI & Artist Milani Honey – I stumbled upon INKMI studio randomly on a google search of Tattoo artists/studio close to my location. INKMI popped up & I decided to do a walk-in to get the vibe for the place and potentially schedule an appt. The size of the studio was small compared to previous parlors I’d been to with only one artist operating. This piqued my interest as it told me any work done here would come with added levels of care/personalization. The design I had in mind was very detailed & not something to be trifled with (esp. an unknown artist) - yet, based on my 1st impressions, I felt confident enough to schedule an appt & roll with it. Milani was very thorough with her prep work & almost resolute in her vision of where the tattoo would look best. The entire session took over 5 hours and I’ve been blown away by how incredible the design turned out. Huge props to Milani & Shawn for running a legit operation with real talent. As I’d told her halfway through the shading session on the day of, she’s my new favorite artist. Thank you both & I’ll be coming back soon new ideas…Cheers!

I’m sooo glad I found Milani and her studio!! It was so clean and well organized, her talent level is incredible and her rates are so reasonable for the quality and time she spends making sure everything is perfect. We hadn’t even started this one and I was getting ideas from her for the next pieces lol I can’t wait to go back and finish up my tattoo so we can start on the next ones!!

Milani was the most amazing artist! Her studio is clean and attractive, and setting up the appointment was quick, professional, and easy. INKMI shines because of Milani however; she is sweet and knowledgeable, and her art is second to none. Clean linework, clear color, and incredible focus and dedication. Milani is truly a master of her art. She designed, created and tattoo'd an absolute masterpiece on my hip and thigh. She made me feel 100% comfortable and at ease despite my bum being exposed and was exceptionally professional. Milani was also encouraging, sympathetic and comforting during difficult parts of the extended tattoo sitting. I have only had the tattoo for 2 days and have been stopped in the grocery store and the bank by people admiring the beautiful piece. She has a customer for life with me and I will recommend Milani to everyone I know. I cannot give her a big enough shout-out! If you are looking for a truly gifted artist then INKMI is the only way to go.

Milani and her manager makes everything simple from booking. Setting up an appointment was the easiest thing ever. Her shop is very clean and comfy. She’s very polite and respectful. OMG! Milani is an amazing artist! Untouchable for the DMV. I went in for a consultation and told her what I wanted, she stayed in touch with me to figure out and narrow down the actual piece I liked the most. Everything went smoothly. She is fun, sweet and perky which makes getting inked a pleasant time. If you are looking for actual quality work that will make people’s mouth drop, look no further.
