Awesome shop. I came here to get my septum done. The front desk workers were super nice and helpful. Ren did my piercing and was great. They were communicative, professional, and quick. The piercing was so fast I didn’t even feel it until I left. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciated that everyone was super straight to the point and efficient. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for another piercing.

Eek! I looove this place! First off, all the employees + artists are super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very warm and upbeat. I've had my nose pierced here in the past, by Ren, and just started my half-sleeve tattoo with Aaron today. Each time I've been here I've had a fantastic experience. Professional, talented, FUN! Female owned business, too! Go!

I waited a while for my tattoos to heal and I can finally write an honest review. I booked with Velvet as a gift for my sister and I to get matching tattoos. Day of, they were not friendly at all and were actually late.
The cleaning process took a big chunk of the time and Velvet would disappear for chunks at a time. All in all tattooing time was less than an hour (40 minutes tops) but I got charged for the full two hours. Whatever, pricing is what it is.
Lines on the tattoo change in weight. With areas being very thin while other areas are thick. I also got a small black tattoo. The only thing that is filled in is the outline. The inside is a scribble of black with large areas missing ink over all. Not at all what the reference picture was.

I came here around opening to get my daith pierced and i felt super welcomed. the atmosphere is really cool, the music that was playing was top notch, and it was clear that everyone there loves what they do. the people working at the front desk were super nice and walked me picking out jewelry and general healing time. Ren did an incredible job piercing me and made sure I knew what was going and that i felt comfortable during the whole process. I’m excited to get more piercings here!

My daughter came into this place for her very first tattoo. And walked out with a drawing that a child could do better! I’m disgusted. She was so embarrassed she had not shown it to anyone for weeks! I don’t understand how the artist (Adam) allowed her to walk out with lines like that! She is owed a full refund and then some. She lost all trust in this shop and Now I will have to take her somewhere else , and PAY to have it fixed! This was traumatic. Lots of tears cried. Would YOU be happy with it?(Just zoom into the picture and you will see where I’m coming from)

Love this place so much! My go to place for piercings, jewelry, tattoos! Amazing staff that are super knowledgeable and is such a great environment. If anyone asks where to get tattoos or piercings this is always the place I recommend.
