Chameleon ink can be busy though the wait is worth it in my opinion. Their piercing is done very well and the selection of available jewelry is more than enough (they even provide anodizing for many pieces!). They're also kind about checkups if you are worried about your piercing's condition or healing progress. I'd recommend booking an appointment ahead of time to find a time that works well with your schedule or you may end up waiting quite a while.

This review only goes so far as to rate their customer service. Front desk woman made a scheduling error, when me and my friend came back later in the day she stated that she had signed me in for a spot that was 15 minutes earlier than what she initially said. Both me and my friend very clearly remembered the original time she said to come in at. No apologies, no ownership of the mistake. Maybe the front desk person was having a bad day, but she made both of us feel really unwelcome. Ended up going down the street to Faithful Tattoo instead and was treated with respect and professionalism.

i got my lip pierced (vertical labret) by denali and it was a wonderful experience! she took her time, making sure that everything lined up. she answered all my questions, which helped with my anxiety. jewelry are reasonably priced and they have some really cute options :)

Wanted to book a tattoo. Went on the website and filled out the form to book an appointment. Was pleased that they noted that it could take up to 2 weeks to get a response.
2 weeks go by and no word from them. Went back to the website and filled out the form again hoping this time would be different. It wasn’t. Still nothing.
