I got my septum and both sides of my nose pierced. Alex answered all of my questions and was so kind and calm the whole time, which was so helpful. He ensured that every piercing was exact and even, and I am so happy with them 😊. Thank you so much!!!

Came in on a whim after an epic fail from two other places (no availability/cancellations, not their fault). Super chill vibes with Drew and Alex to greet us. I called earlier to get a quote and see if they could fit me it today, which they could do and I’m super thankful for.
Explained I wanted my 2nd and 3rd lobe piercings. Signed the forms through the phone and about 10-15 minutes later Alex told me to come back. He was great - explained everything in detail, gave me options for jewelry. Explained that due to the anatomy of my ear he had to place the piercings a certain way and gave options, all which made sense. The pain was more than expected (he used a needle) but that made me realize i probably have low pain tolerance LOL. He explained the aftercare. They don’t accept card so keep in mind to bring cash or have a venmo account set up. They have an ATM available as well. I’ll head there again in about 2 months to downsize the jewelry. Alex reassured me by letting him know if I have any issues I can contact the shop or him. The place was clean, vibes were chill, the people are great. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a tattoo done on Tuesday. Mandy was awesome! Super professional and friendly. No joke, I almost passed out towards the end. She was super cool and got me some water and candy. Luckily there weren't too many people around lol. Love this place.

It was my first time working with Alex, but I have heard him with other customers before while I was getting tattooed and his friendliness was why I wanted to see him. He is so warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable! He works very clean which is big when putting a needle through a body part. :-) I would recommend him to anyone.

Terrible. Daughter went for consultation. Second attempt. First guy made appointment while he was still on vacation. This time lady never showed up. Guys in the shop when asked question ignored me. Very not cool. Will NEVER go back.
