This shop came up on a Google search for the nearest body piercing place to Whidbey Island. The bead fell out of the captive bead ring in my nose and my fingers are too fat to manipulate the damn beads, so I required professional assistance. Stopped in without an appointment and Frankie Fingers was quick and very friendly. Felt immediately at ease around him. I was ready to pay up to $15-$20 for him changing out my nose ring for me, but Frankie did it, not only fast, but for no charge. I will most definitely make the excursion to the mainland for my next piercing just to give Frankie my business. Epitome of excellent customer service.
