Very friendly and extremely professional staff team. They’re always in a good mood and very welcoming to everyone. Very well priced, these guys know what they’re doing no questions asked. Very highly recommended to anybody looking for a quality tattoo.

Linze the owner was very cool, super helpful over email and texting with me about the tattoos I wanted. When I went in to meet the artist “mike” it was a different experience though, guy seemed way to cool for my money, very arrogant, i don’t know if it’s cause I don’t have piercings and tattoos all over my body or what.. I emailed him my ideas like he asked 2 separate times and never heard back. Bummed cause I really liked the initial experience, and wanted to use a local shop from the harbor, but very turned off after being talked to like my money wasn’t good enough for this guy. I use to work in a small family run business and treating new customers like friends went a long way.

They were offering their Friday the 13th $13 tattoo deal from 1-8. I had called them multiple times the day before to make sure I could show up at about 7 since I work all day. They said that's totally fine and as long as I fill the paperwork out and get my name on the sign up sheet when I get there, I will get my tattoo. I show up just before 7, about 6:45 because my work was nice enough to let me go early. I walk in and they tell me they are only giving tattoos to the people that showed up at 1 because there were so many people...they gave those people each a special card that was basically the ticket to getting a tattoo. Obviously I didn't have one because I had worked all day and they had told me showing up later is fine.
They tell me I can make a consultation with one of the artists the next day. I told them I'm not paying $80 for a tiny tattoo when It was going to be $13.
It was a very disappointing experience and unprofessional. I was hoping this would be the place where I would get tattoos from now on. I'm never going back.
