Shelby is a badass! Super sweet, fun, and very experienced and knowledgeable. Had my tongue and conch done today and I am so pleased! Placement is amazing, she is quick and does a fantastic job. I have had many piercings done at myltiple different places and she has been my favorite piercer so far. I LOOOVE my new piercings!

She is very knowledgeable about the best ways to promote a safe and healthy healing, and was easily able to make me comfortable during the piercing. I went to high caliber to see if they did piercings and I got recommended to 13 shades and specifically for Shelby. So I called and they were able to squeeze me in. I was very grateful for that. I went and got my tongue done and the whole process took about three minutes. It was very fast and painless. Shelby was very nice and did a very good job. She gave me an aftercare sheet and told me what to use to rinse but not much else. The only thing is that it didn't get explained well what aftercare I needed to do (other than rinse) or what to expect. But overall I would definitely go back. She was great.

Shelby did a great job on my 5 year old's ears. She was so great at explaining what she was doing, making sure my daughter felt comfortable, as well as making sure the jewelry was the right size for her ears. It was such a good experience my daughter wanted to go back the next week and another set in her ears! I recommend Shelby to all my friends!

Took my wife to get septum pierced by Shelby..she couldnt have seem more disinterested in the job she was doing and seem like she was just rushing through the process.. when all said and done the piercing came out crooked, completely!! I will let any and all friends to never come here!!! I’ve had plenty professional piercings where I've felt welcomed, comfortable, and informed.. this place is too cool for school!! Dont go here!!

I have gone in twice to Shelby, the first time to have a consultation about my nose piercing that fell out and needed to be tapered back open after shrinking, and the second time this past Friday to get nipple piercings. Both times she was very rude and condescending, and with my nose she tried to cheat me out of $60 saying it needed to be re-pierced entirely. Not the case. The shop in Columbia Center mall tapered it back open that same day with no problems, for free. Yesterday I came to realize one of my new piercings is off center by a lot, which is probably why it hurt so much more than the first one that is centered. Honestly the shop in the mall is full of very nice people who are incredibly talented, for cheaper prices.
