My sisters and I went to Fernando for matching tattoos. He was very interactive during the consult. All 4 of us got the Celtic sisters symbol and they came out amazing! Sometimes tattoo artist can come pff as rude or impersonal. Not this guy! He was amazing and it was a great experience that I will never forget! Thanks so much Fernando!

Kolo is an amazing artist. He worked to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He actually made the tattoo look way better than the photo that was provided. I'm definitely going back to him to finish my sleeve. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the best shop in the Tri-Cities. It’s very a very personal, professional and clean shop. I have had Fernando (the owner) do two of my tats so far. They look amazing. They didn’t scab or dry out. They look amazing I cannot say that enough. I’m gonna have him do both my lower half leg tats. I cannot wait. I’m also gonna see if he can do a tribute tattoo today. I will never go to anyone else in the Tri-Cities.
If you’re looking for someone who listens to what you want in your tat and goes above to make sure it is exactly the way you want it to be then please go see him.

This place was new to me. I was really impressed with the shop cleanliness and vibe in general. I was happy to meet and work with Fernando. He was very patient with me and did great line work on my minimalist tattoo.

Pictures and reviews were appealing. He stated his rate was $150 an hour during a session two of us attended with a friend. Both of us went in with small line-only pieces, very simple. Mine was about 1.5 times the size of theirs. Mine took 1 hr 15 minutes. Theirs took 45 minutes. No problem.. now we both paid separately, but we're both charged $200. It made no sense that she would also be charged that amount, but we didn't question it in good faith. It was definitely wrong, but everyone has days. We still tipped, all that's expected with such an appointment. This was a last minute thing and I guess you get what you get in those circumstances. Maybe Kolo was just having an off day. Fast forward a month, everyone who sees either of our tattoos asks why they're so messed up and what we were charged for such poor work. I've never had a simple line piece scar before but I have scars where lines were dug to hard or deep (and yes, it was properly cared for) the odd thing is I also have lines.. read that again.. lines.. that are simply left blank. Lines that aren't filled with squiggly outlines. I got a complete accidental line where he dropped his gun about 1/4 long that stands out immensely. and was still charged full price. It's like there was no depth control at all.. We've had other tattoos artists laugh that we were charged what we were for this work. Embarrassing. I need this thing fixed but honestly, I wouldn't be comfortable coming back here to get it fixed so I guess I'm paying someone new to do it. Live and learn.
