I thought a lot about whether to write this review cause I never want to hate on another artists work, but the tattoo I got here was pretty bad... Nothing like the reference photo I provided (which was just some easy line work). It's partially my fault for not doing a real deep dive into the shops past work before going in, but I couldn't have imagined it would turn out as bad as it did - I have an appointment to get it covered up next month with a different artist

Today was only a consult. But Mike was very professional. Looking through his portfolio.......absolutely awesome work. He will be doing a kitty portrait for my little fur angel. I am looking forward to having the piece done!!

Jesse is awesome! Very professional and an amazing artist. Extremely happy with my new piece. Would have no clue that he was an apprentice if he hadn't told me! Mike is also extremely professional but both guys were easy to get along with! Shop overall was extremely clean, well decorated. Comfortable atmosphere! I've been going to Michael for a few years now and he's done all my tattoos except two small ones. He's very friendly, super clean and extremely talented. He's currently working on a half sleeve for me and I told him things I'd like and wouldn't like and told him to go have fun with it and it's coming along beautifully. I haven't had work done by anyone else there but everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Lucid Tattoo and Design.

Great place to get a tattoo done, I went to Mike for all my tattoos the entire time I lived in Washington(6 yrs). He's great artist who does great work and at a fair price. He is nothing but professional and maintains a very well and clean shop. His art speaks for itself. Can't wait to come out to Washington and get another beautiful piece done by him.
