Great studio Very comfortable. I worked with Kylie she’s was extremely polite had great communication and worked to fit me into a tight schedule which I really appreciate. I was impressed by their portfolio as they are one of the only studios I’ve found in Puyallup that include deep/dark skin in their portfolio. And they did a fantastic job on my tattoo. Great experience I will be coming back again!

Crystal is not only a talented tattoer but a creative artist. She took the time to understand my vision and designed a tattoo I love, a custom piece of artwork. I highly recommend her.

Kylie is amazing! She took my late brothers hand writing from an envelope and made a beautiful beyond meaningful tattoo. She has no idea how much it means to have that. She's professional and extremely clean! Easy to talk to during a session. I'll be using her more and my husband uses her too!

I was with crystal for almost 10 years and followed her with her address changes. I’ve gotten 4 tattoos from her over the 10 years. She does great work and treats her clients for the most part well. Just be careful she won’t tattoo for you if you have to cancel your appointment. Even if you give several weeks or a months notice. But she has no problem canceling on the client. She’s canceled on me twice before. Once the night before and one the day of. One of the appointments she canceled on me I had to request the day off cuz I worked 6 days a week and my only day off she was closed. I ended up getting screwed out of my touch ups for that tattoo. Because I wasn’t able to request the time off again before her “time limit” passed. Then when I tried to make an appointment for touch ups she told me it would be an additional 100$.

After nearly 2 months of waiting for an appointment, I was sent my 2nd cancelation with a barely altered version of my own artwork When I asked for a refund because scheduling with Crystal was clearly not happening, she had the audacity to try and deny my refund. Needless to say, my full deposit has been refunded and I will take all of my tattoos elsewhere. This is particularly disappointing as I was excited to have this memorial piece that I designed for my mother done at a shop that is women ran and I was met with disorganization and argument. Don't trust this business.
