Phil is the MAN! I'm telling you he knocked my tattoo outta the park. I came to him with a dream.. and he was able to craft it. My son passed away and Phil took my sons little footprints from the hospital certificate and created this amazing masterpiece. What a way to honor my son!! Phil will not disappoint you. He asks tons of questions and makes sure it is exactly what you want before he even starts ink! Love this guy! I'll be returning for sure!

I really liked how Phil was joking around and having a fun time with me. I also liked how he took my rough drawing of what I wanted and made it even better! This is my second tat ever and it was a very enjoyable experience!! I will be back someday to get another tat from Phil! I was happy to find out he is not a heavy-handed tattooer so it made the pain less. 10/10
